I went to see a letting on Tuesday. Ellie was very attentive and any questions I had answered them really well. She was knowledgeable. One of my questions she didn't know the answer but got back to me the next day. Was a great viewing unfortunately not quite right for me. All arrangements are speedily progressed and I was kept informed at every stage. Amber the branch manager I have over the years found to be particularly helpful and has always been available to answer any queries or questions that I had.

We have awarded Beals 3 stars only because we did not quite get over the line after 12 months. This might not be too fair given market conditions. We could not fault the efforts made, especially by Sarah and lately Akshay and Holly. At all times pleasant, polite and extremely helpful. My only regret is that we didn’t work with Akshay sooner.

They both also got back to me when i asked them to and they are great employees and are a credit to your company. also, they both could answer every question i had about each property. i cannot say this about every estate agent.

I wish I could give 0 stars for this company. We were shown a property to let. We told her we love the property and would like to secure it. She advised us to send her an email as she wasn’t going back to the office until Monday. We did exactly what she advised and followed it with a telephone call. Her colleague told us she was busy and she would call when she’s done. She never called. Called again, same message from her colleague. The day ended with no call back. Called the following day and was told she was off work. Called the Wednesday and was told again that she was busy and would call back. I called back later, please note she had not acknowledged the email we sent on Saturday at this point. When I called, I was told she is on her lunch break. At this point I asked what was going on and her colleague told me that the property has been let to someone else. I suspect we didn’t get it because of our ethnicity. I couldn’t think of no other reason because she told us on the day we viewed, that no interest has been expressed. If you are from a minority group avoid Beals Estate Agents.

wow James, Chloe and Hollie are the best agents that I have ever dealt with. james took my house on, had both girls do the viewings within 2 days the property has been sold and it does not stop there james knew what sort of property that I wanted to move to, in 3 days james found the perfect home amazing crew and company . if any one is reading this and wants a first class service call them you will not be disappoint.

Thankyou to Zoe Cook!!An incredible asset to your team, we spoke to her about our landlord selling and the desperation of needing to find a property ASAP not wanting to move out of the area due to young children in school.One of the properties we were interested in we couldn’t go to the open evening so Zoe kindly did a small video tour for us and sent it once the viewings had taken place.She has been incredibly patient and helpful with all of our questions along the way and been super responsive even over the bank holiday weekend!We cannot thank you enough for making such a stressful and emotional time more relaxed and slightly less stressful!We look forward to being tenants with Beals.
