He personally oversaw each stage, from valuation through the marketing, negotiations, and final stages of the sale. He was completely transparent throughout, explained everything, offered sound counsel and communicated excellently throughout. He comes highly recommended.

From the outset he displayed impeccable professionalism and knowledge of the local property market. The care and attention into every detail, especially photos and marketing, was impressive. We achieved the desired price very quickly and Tom managed a lengthy ‘sale agreed’ period excellently, always keeping our buyer, and us, fully informed of the current situation.
