We have just completed on our apartment in Falmouth after nearly 8 months. Our buyer had bumps along the way but each time, Tom was on the phone, the voice of reason, a pleasant reassuring chat and we never lost hope and finally all came good. We hardly spoke to our solicitor Ed from Nalders because Tom took control and was pushing on our behalf to keep things moving. Tom and Anna, thank you for making a stressful process, almost stress free. In a strange way, we are going to miss you :-) Best wishes to you both.

Having bought and sold quite a few houses over the years through various estate agents large and small, dealing with Tom was like a breath of fresh air. We were very pleased with the marketing strategy for our house and all the materials produced online and in hard copy - the use of a drone was particularly effective for our property. Once the house was on the market, Tom was great at communicating and negotiating. With previous sales, it always felt like the agent switched from working for us to working for the purchasers. This wasn't the case at all with Tom. Very pleased with the whole process and recommend him wholeheartedly.
