GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Millie. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, always kept us well informed, and her communication was excellent from start to finish. Millie really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find exactly the kind of property we wanted. Even after we moved in, she’s been brilliant at checking in to make sure we’re happy and that everything is going smoothly. Her professionalism and friendly approach made everything so much easier, she would definitely be our first port of call when the time comes to move again. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

GoogleI have just completed on the sale of my property in Falmouth, and could not be more impressed by this Laskowski team. I used Chat GPT to identify the best agent in Falmouth based on reviews and other available data from Rightmove etc. Laskowski was top of the list, and they deserve that place there. I dealt with multiple members of the team and they all have a culture of straightforward honesty and problem solving which I found most refreshing. As I do not live locally I relied upon them to organise cleaners and various other things which they did efficiently and without complaint or asking for extra money. Probably the best, straightforward and most efficient agency I have ever dealt with.

GoogleThe Laskowski team assisted my Mum in the sale of her home which had its bumps along the way which many will recognise when buying and selling, and that which were beyond the control of my Mum, or Laskowski. As you'd hope for in your agents, they were at all times professional, proactive and efficient. But they were also very supportive, patient, focused and available - they always swiftly rang back or answered emails and positively steered the sale through. Rory and Priscilla were suitably appointed, but the whole team helped my Mum, working collectively in her interests. They did a great job!PositiveQuality

FacebookI have used laskowski's as both a buyer and a seller and can't recommend highly enough. My recent experience of selling was through no fault of laskowski (conveyancing issues) problematic to say the least but they (and especially Sarah) went above and beyond to get the sale across the finish line.. Certainly the most honest, reliable and hard working agents in Falmouth.. oh and I should probably mention that they got me 2 asking price offers within days of going to market..

GoogleWe just purchased a house in Flushing and the sellers were with Laskowski, Falmouth. The whole team were excellent. Sam, Rory and Tom were professional and helped address issues before they became problems, making the whole process run as smoothly as it possibly could for both seller and buyer. Our experience of estate agents over many years has not always been positive but we were selling in future we would not hesitate to use them.
