We recently sold and bought our home with Laskowski, and the experience was professional and fantastic from start to finish. Rory was excellent in helping us get our property on the market his expertise and guidance made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free And his advice to get the most for your home we followed and it worked out perfectly. Esme was truly amazing at keeping the chain together throughout the sale. Her communication, dedication, and attention to detail really stood out and made all the difference during what can be a very stressful time. We highly recommend Laskowski for both selling and purchasing ,they were there for us every step of the way! Thank you So much Tina & Paul xx

We had a really positive experience working with Lyndsey and the team whilst finding a rental property. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, transparent and handled with real professionalism. Her extensive knowledge and great relationship with the landlord was reassuring. Communication was always prompt and clear, and we felt fully supported at every stage. Although our circumstances unexpectedly changed at the last minute, Lyndsey was understanding and had been incredibly helpful throughout. We genuinely appreciated the time, effort and care that went into helping us secure the property. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent, a seamless and reassuring experience from start to finish.

ATTENTION LANDLORDS.

ATTENTION LANDLORDS. With all of the hits we are taking as a result of government legislation over the last few years the last thing we need is to be ripped off by Letting agents. That is exactly what has happened to us with our last two agents. We needed someone new and chose to go back to a small family firm rather than the expansionist ones we had been dealing with. What a revelation! Millie Campbell was everything we had hoped for as a letting agent. No hidden fees. No pushy sales talk. Just down to earth, honest and efficient. Complimented while on holiday by Lyndsey. Having been in this business for almost 30 years we have no hesitation in recommending Laskowski to all landlords in Cornwall.

My partner and I have recently taken on a letting with Lakowski & Co, and I can honestly say it has been the smoothest experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve rented many times over the years! Millie was our agent and has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Her communication is exceptional, always prompt, proactive, and helpful. She went out of her way to offer advice and support, making what can often be a stressful process genuinely enjoyable. Millie has been a pleasure to deal with. They are top-tier agents, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Laskowski is the best estate agent we've ever used, and we'd gladly recommend them. Esme and the team carried out our house sale with patience and diligence, and we were kept informed at every step. Esme was like our best friend during the process, and we can't thank her enough. If you're in the area and you're buying or selling a home, Laskowski is the obvious choice.

Would absolutely recommend to everyone looking for their perfect rental home! Me and my partner have a long renting history, but Laskowski&Co exceeded all our expectations and made the whole process so easy and hassle free! A special thank you to Millie Campbell, who went above and beyond from the very beginning. Attentive, transparent, knowledgeable and responsible, she guided us through every step, leaving our minds at ease and making the move-in process seamless and smooth. We could not be any happier with our apartment and the views still feel surreal even after two weeks of moving in! Thank you once again!

We had a really positive experience as first time buyers with Laskowski, but in particular Esme who was absolutely faultless throughout the process. We fully believe if it wasn't for her tenacity, and human centric approach we may not have landed the house we did! There were some tricky moments and her communication made everything from initial offer to completion an absolute breeze. Esme is a total gem and a credit to Laskowski & Co! Carla & Nat

I recently moved into a rental property where Laskowski are the current letting agents and can confirm that the service to facilitate the move has been great. Laskowski are using modern systems to manage all documentation electronically and hard copy where required and have provided prompt responses to any queries. The processing of any paperwork has been efficient with Lyndsey and Millie dealing any additional questions professionally with great communication. I would recommend this company.

James and the team at Laskowski & Co delivered a professional and personal service throughout our recent house sale. Always available to discuss questions and strategy, they gave sound advice based on extensive experience of the property market. James really went above and beyond organising last minute surveys and inspections for our buyer to ensure the chain (and sale) stayed on track. We have no hesitation in recommending them due to the excellent service they provided from valuation to completion.

Laskowski have been fantastic! We were looked after by Esme, who was brilliantly communicative and pro-active in keeping a long chain moving forward until completion. She provided regular updates on the progress, which was really appreciated as first-time buyers. Everything was explained clearly, making the process much easier to understand. We found Laskowski to be both friendly and professional. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We mostly had dealings with Rory and Priscilla with the purchase of a property. There were absolutely amazing! Couldn't fault the service we received! They went above and beyond to try and assist with a smooth transition. Fantastic communication and customer service. It was unfortunate that it wasn't the quickest process, however that was due to the sale of our property, and if we could of used then to sell our previous home, we most definitely would have, as it may of helped to speed things up. I would happily recommended this team to anyone looking to sell or buy! Also noticed they've sold the property over the road from where we now are.

Dealing with Laskowski and Co was an absolute joy! Priscilla helped us incredibly, by honing our ideas to achieve the purchase of our very own fantasy cottage. From enquiring, to viewing with Richard and updates from Eden, the team delivered a warm, professional and reassuring service throughout. Priscilla was our main point of contact and nothing was ever too much trouble. We feel completely spoilt that our dream home has been made a reality and Laskowski & Co made that happen!
