The team were a pleasure to work with and we really felt that Steve, Clare and Susie were working towards a good outcome for all involved. Challenges were handled swiftly with tact and professionalism, dealings were upfront and genuine, and communication was friendly yet clear. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.

GoogleI've used Kimberley's twice to find tenants for a rental property in Falmouth. On both occasions the professionalism of both Julie and Abbey has been excellent. They have both gone way beyond service levels offered by comparable agents I've experienced over a 15 year period of letting property. The quality of tenant has been exceptional. Throughout, the communication and responsiveness was excellent, as well as being sympathetic during a challenging time for all involved. I would highly recommend using them if you want old-fashioned, friendly customer service.

GoogleI was a tenant with Kimberley's and found them to be very unprofessional. So much so that I didn't even look at their properties when I recently bought a house. Our rented house had a whole host of issues, most of which seem to have been deliberately covered up before we moved in. The house had been freshly painted, so looked great. A week later the paint was still wet and the extent of the damp trouble was revealed. Unfortunately we were then tied into a 12 month contract. This would be bad in itself, but the aggressive responses we received from Kimberley's and the total lack of understanding from their staff was unacceptable. The problem was never truly resolved, and now they're selling the house - no doubt after a lick of paint to cover up the problems again. My only advice - avoid Kimberley's.

GoogleFab team of Estate Agents! We felt as though they all really did care about us as customers, after our first sale fell through they all worked hard to secure our next property. You couldn't really ask for more - I feel for them working in such a daft system as we have in this country. We know where to come to in the future - keep up the great work!

GoogleWe had a valuation done on our property by Claire and she was brilliant; enthusiastic, really knew her stuff, keen to know what we wanted and were looking for, provided loads of comparable evidence to back up their valuation and talked about what they would do to market it if that's what we decided. Couldn't have improved on her service!!

GoogleVery well organised and professional. After a day of well planned viewings we decided on a property, fingers crossed it now completes. Update August 2020. At last we completed our purchase. Kimberley's staff all worked so hard communicating with our chain to ensure all preparations were ready and we could complete on time. Thank you to the whole team. I would use them again without hesitation.

GoogleDreadful experience, they say they will ring you they don't. Lots of promises but not carried through. Then I was lied to about bailiffs. Have complained but have never received a reply.
