GoogleI used Kimberley’s for the sale of my flat. Steve and the team were very on it. I had an offer at asking price during the week it went on the market. It went through pretty smoothly. Communication was good through out. I’d recommend.

GoogleThis is the second house we have sold with Kimberley’s. From start to finish Steve and his team provided excellent support in all areas of our sale. During the sale there were some difficult areas to navigate and the team provided fantastic advice and went above and beyond in helping smooth the process, especially when coordinating responses between solicitors. A particular mention for Abbey, who provided a first class service to ourselves, in providing clear and very quick responses to any arising issues and made the process a lot easier to get through. I would recommend Kimberley’s to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the area. Thank you!

GoogleI worked with Gary and Claire in selling my mother’s home in Falmouth. The experience and level of advice, service and support I received was outstanding. I live overseas and after an initial meeting, the entire process was handled remotely yet I felt the team was always right there when I needed them. Communication was excellent. Advice was insightful. But everyone was prepared to go the extra mile without being asked. The team arranged all inspections, even booking house clearance. And Claire even posted home items online to help me sell them. In a frenzied home market, many agents begin to take shortcuts because there are more buyers than homes, but this company went beyond expectations, they still remember that people are behind every transaction.

GoogleI can’t recommend Kimberley’s estate agents enough. They were just amazing from the start to finish. They constantly kept in touch with us, always quick to foresee any problems and react to them. They were totally supportive through the collapse of our first sale and was speedy in their actions to put the house back on the market and get the sale within 24hrs. Clare who was our main contact was just fab, she saw through all the viewings and finally got a sale we needed. The sale went through perfectly and I can honestly say, Clare and Gary went over and above what was expected of them… contacting solicitors, contacting the top of the chain for constant updates, supporting us all the way when tight and sometimes impossible demands were put on us. I can honestly say they were more than just estate agents, they went above and beyond! We are now in our lovely home and we can’t thank them enough x

FacebookHaving both bought and sold through Kimberley's I would highly recommend them for their professionalism. But more importantly for me is that they have the greatest staff, who look after you, are always there with help and advice, and a great sense of humour. Moving house is one of the most challenging and stressful of times so what you need is a team who will help you through all of the challenges it throws at you. The Kimberley's team most definitely deliver on that! Thank you guys!

GoogleThe estate adgent was very rude. We came to view a property and she was late, unapologetic, and blunt. After obscuring a local residents driveway and making it difficult for the elderly man to get in his drive, she became irritated.She then turned her rage onto us, and informed us she could not let is view the property without PPE, which we were not informed prior to the viewing that we needed. This lady’s brisk and callous attitude turned us off completely, and we would not recommend Kimberly’s to anyone after that experience. I hope she reads this, and in the future, treats other clients with more kindness and respect, it costs nothing to be kind and her attitude had tainted this experience and Kimberly’s for us.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleProfessional, friendly, hard working and generally lovely people. I honestly can not recommend Kimberley's highly enough. We recently sold our property through Kimberly's which became a very long and complicated process. Kimberley's worked tirelessly not only to secure a buyer in the first place but also to keep the chain going and kept us informed every step of the way. They were so down to earth and upfront about everything, without an ounce of 'bs' which we experienced with other estate agents. Always there when we needed them and never once minded about our constant phone calls. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Massive thanks Susie, Clare, Adam, Steve and the whole team.

GoogleWe’ve just completed a purchase of our first home with Kimberley’s and found them to be the best estate agents we’ve dealt with yet - and me and my partner have moved house together eight times in six years and have seen the good, bad, and ugly side of estate agents! Steve showed us around the house, we found him to be a nice guy, straight talking and honest. The actual process of buying ended up being very stressful due to the incompetence of our solicitors. However Kimberleys were very supportive throughout the whole process and helped to keep the communication between all parties moving and went above and beyond. At no point did I feel they were being pushy or messing us about, they would always be someone to pick up the phone who knew about our purchase - excellent communication. Now we’re on the property ladder we’ll definitely use them again in the future!
