Starting from the date my of application to viewing the property even when i requested the rent should be reduce and my request was granted, down to the day i collected the house key the whole process was smooth and great, nice meeting you all at slater Hogg falkirk. pardon me to call out some name, Craig and lorraine you both are awesome. We recently sold our house through Slater Hogg Falkirk branch and they have been excellent and very professional throughout the whole process. The team was fantastic especially Pamela & Zoe. My husband and I have decided to sell our house through their agency because during our search for a new home (which lasted for over a year) Slater Hogg is the only estate agent who have tried to help us find a home by contacting us directly when they had properties coming into the market that would fit our requirements. Because of this we thought they would be perfect to sell the house we had at the time and what a good choice we made as it sold in only 6 days. They also helped us dealing with the stress caused by another estate agent, from which we tried to purchase a house, did something totally illegal in Scotland by still letting other offers coming through even after our formal offer was accepted. That other estate agent has then tried to put the blame on our solicitor which I thought was low from them. Anyway, if you are thinking to sell your house Slater Hogg is to my opinion the best property agent to carry this very important task for you.

Dealing with this company has been AMAZING. The property was sold within weeks, communication has been great from the start and they actually cared about finding me the right buyer and helped me try and find a new property, they have also been on the ball whilst the house has been under offer and stepping in with sales progression when the solicitors (nothing to do with slater hogg) haven't. Very unprofessional. We are due to remortgage, agreed on a face to face appointment. The day before both of us received several messages, phone calls to remind us and to confirm if we were still ok to go. When we arrived and told why we were there we were told it should have been a phone appointment as the mortgage advisor was not even there. No, it should have been a face to face meeting as the confirmation email stated.
