Attended Sevenoaks branch on Saturday, to initially register interest for our property search. Contemptuous manner to see us for enquiry as near to closing hours, when we were then reluctantly asked our budget, rudely scoffed they do not deal with properties at £525k, minimum is £675k. Albeit we were too poor for your property stock on this occasion, there is a way to conduct your services professionally.

Viewings were advised and conducted without fuss, feedback thereafter was prompt and informative and once a buyer had been identified and terms agreed the execution of process was made as stress free as possible with oil poured on troubled water as required!

Really rubbish agency, I have no heating in my flat yet they completely ignored any emails I have sent them about this issue , really unprofessional people, I personally dealt with Shanon Flanagan and Jay O'Dell from Cadogan Street London and they are both very unprofessional and just plain rude and lazy people.

Great service in selling my late mothers property. First set of photos were not acceptable but it was no problem to order a second set. Guide price achieved.Sale held up, due to delay in attaining probate, but purchasers kept well informed by S&P.All went very well, fully recommend.

Poor customer service and failure to keep assurances.I requested details on a development in shrewsbury and was told they would be sent to me by the the agent promoting the property. Several weeks passed without any contact, so I called again and was told the agent would get back to me within the hour; needless to say, he did not. Very unprofessional.

After having lived in one of the flats they manage during one year, and after all the issues we have faced (moisture, leaking pipes, disgusting stuffs coming out of the pipes in the bathtub, etc) we have now left the flat. Unfortunately, they do not respond to our emails anymore and complete radio silence in regards to our deposit, although the contract mentioned that it should have been returned at the latest a few months ago. If issue not resolved, legal action will be taken against the company.

We instructed Sarah Cull from the Salisbury office of S&P to assist with the sale of a property owned by a company in administration (in respect of which we were the administrators. Sarah, Fiona and the rest of the team went over and above to achieve a sale at list price despite a number of hurdles that arose along the way including the original purchaser dropping out. Always on hand to answer queries in a quick, efficient and friendly manner, regular updates and overall absolutely fantastic service. Would recommend and will definitely be using again.

Towards the end of last year I viewed and ultimately went on to buy a house in Hastings which was being marketed by Strutt Parker in (unusually) Canterbury. The sale/purchase was handled by Simon Backhouse at that office, who was superb, understood my specific issues and requirements and managed the difficulties of a somewhat long distance transaction so that I never felt anything was too much trouble for him. He understood everything, and gave me good solid advice. I felt myself to be very much in expert hands. (Caroline, who did much of the commuting to and from the viewings, was also a cut above). I would happily recommend this agency, and Simon in particular, to anyone selling or indeed buying a property. Good old fashioned, high quality service, albeit speeded up for the twenty first century.
