GoogleHaving never sold a house before, I had no idea what to do. I used Clyde on a recommendation and it is one that I will be giving to anyone that I know who is selling. From the outset, nothing was too much trouble for the team and they explained every step of the process to me and kept me regularly updated. The patience they showed even when my questions were silly was brilliant. The entire experience was made very easy and everyone that I encountered on the team was an absolute joy to deal with. I can’t recommend Clyde highly enough, this is a perfect example of 5* service at competitive prices. From the initial enquiry to closing date was only 9 days, amazing. Thank You.

YellTERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, COMPANY TO AVOID
I've bee renting with clyde property for 2 years. They did not sort out any of the problems that we had in the property. The first problem was that the intercom systen did not work. We sent them several mails during a period of 6 months and there were not able to replace the intercom system, so we have to stay over 2 years without it. The management in this company is terrible and the communication is even worse. Is unacceptable that they could not solve any of the problems that we had. Another problem that we are having is in the check out process. If you want to recover you deposit money, be prepared to wait ages. They will charge you for everything. When we started in the property we got through everything and we spotted a lot of things broken in the property, so they do not check them properly. The microwave was rusty and really dangerous for using, the cable of the taster was missing and the smell of the house was terrible...We left the property superclean to my standards, were are quite high. We hired a professional cleaner and they still want to charge something for cleaning services. We left in the property other extra stuff like cutlery, glases, cups... We left better duvets and they claimed that they were a bit stained and we reapir all light bulbs in the house (8 were out when we started). Very minor things were missing as the inspector said. So, now we are already waiting for 14 days and they did not sent us the cleaning report and they have not contacted to the landlord. So, the checkout department is not efficient either. Overall, AVOID CLYDE PROPERTY, THEY ARE ONLY EFFICIENT TO DO THE NEW CONTRACT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR THE DEPOSIT.

Basically, they orally accepted our offer for one of their properties (with us and separately through our solicitor), then accepted a (slightly?) higher offer - without us even knowing until they told us that we had been gazumped. Unprincipled I'm afraid. Would literally not trust them.
