Hello! Nice to meet you, I'm Nick Badger, your local EweMove personal Estate Agent. I am a family man with a wonderful wife and two beautiful children who are currently in school in Exmouth. We settled here in 2016 and now my wife works at Withycombe Raleigh Primary School and my children are at ECC and Marpool school. They love it here just as much as I do! Who am I though? Well, I've been an Estate Agent for the last 20 years so I've seen it all, I've helped make dreams come true and helped people through some of their most difficult moments. There's really nothing I don't know about moving house in Exmouth.

GoogleIf you want to sell, go with Ewe Move! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We contacted Nick at Ewe Move, had one open day and our sale was completed smoothly within 8 weeks!!! Having previously tried to sell our property unsuccessfully, with the estate agents we purchased it through and at a time where the market was booming, we were concerned whether our home would ever sell! We decided to try again and checked which Estate Agents in our area were most successful. Ewe Move came out top and having engaged with them I understand why. Nick took care of everything from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Nick 😊👌🏻 The service he delivered was outstanding. I only wish we had been purchasing a house via Nick!

Nick Badger is not only a credit to his company but a credit to the Estate Agent industry. GoogleNick has made selling our house easy. We had several offers and were able to accept an offer, above our asking price, within three days of our property being on the market. He promised when we had our first meeting that he was contactable and responsive and he really delivered on that. I know nothing about how to sell a house and I really felt able to ask him anything and get an honest answer. He even went above and beyond by giving us advice on making an offer on our new home.

Being a first time seller we did not know the process and Nicks knowledge of everything was incredible. When we thought things may go wrong due to COVID-19 Nick was so calming and reassuring when we spoke to him in a panicked and worried state. GoogleThe Human Touch Nick Badger replied promptly to my query, was able to organise a viewing the next day, and later sent me a video of the property, as I was out of the country, and a friend of mine was viewing it on my behalf. Perhaps above all Nick and his agency came across as genuinely warm and interested in helping me. Nothing beats sincerity and building good customer relations. Nick couldn't do enough to answer various questions I had about a property, and was knowledgeable about the area etc. He provided me with quotes for conveyancing promptly when I asked. We had buyers pull out during the process and he worked over the a weekend to find buyers so the chain did not collapse.
