I had an amazing experience selling my property with EweMove, our estate agent, Joe, was very professional and friendly; he promptly responded to any queries and his colleague, Giovanni, was also great at communicating with stakeholders in the chain when Joe was briefly out of office. Joe was able to effectively support us through the sale process, he was very proactive in speaking with people who viewed our property and when we had an unresponsive conveyancer in the chain below us he played a key role in our sale progressing for our onward purchase. I will definitely be using EweMove for any future sales and would highly recommend them :)

After having a bad experience with a well-known high street estate agent who provided us with inadequate marketing, little communication and a vastly inflated valuation that resulted in virtually no viewings, we decided to switch to Ewe Move, which was the best decision we made. From day one, Joe was calm, professional and in control of the whole process. I found Joe very easy to talk to about any queries or concerns I had. He was never flustered and filled me with confidence. Joe took great pains to market the property on every possible platform which resulted in a lot of interest and viewings. Joe was proactive throughout the process and followed up on every viewing to receive feedback, which was communicated to ourselves. We were kept updated on any developments throughout. It wasn't an easy market in which to sell the property and it did need some work doing to it. Despite this, Joe's motivation never waivered and I felt reassured that the sale and marketing of the property was in the best possible hands. When we did receive offers, we found Joe to be an excellent negotiator and he worked hard to get us the best possible price. I would not hesitate to use Ewe Move again and can't recommend them highly enough.

Nick guided us through the sale of my partners bungalow with the ups and downs of selling which included a a buyer pulling out just before exchange to then securing us with another buyer almost immediately, ensuring we secured the purchase of our new home. After making the mistake of initially listing with a rival, who didn’t take much interested once they had us on their books, we then decided to re-list with Ewemove. We should have just listed with Ewemove in the first place - the time and effort we could have saved ourselves. Clint and his team was straight to work, selling our property before the listing even made it to Rightmove! Clint was eager to get viewings going straight away and kept us regularly informed. He was polite and helpful, handling any challenges with ease and chasing up stakeholders when required to ensure smooth progression. Joe was a superstar. I have had very bad experiences with estate agents in the past and was dreading starting the process again this time around. Joe and Giovanni visited us on a bank holiday Monday at a time to suit us, took time to get to know our property and talked at length about our valuation and strategy for the marketing and sale of the property. Throughout the entire process, Joe made made himself available for all viewings, including evenings and weekends - very rare in my experience - and provided us with detailed feedback each time. He always followed up viewings providing us with feedback and kept on top of any interest. Joe managed our offer perfectly helping us to get best value and he was constantly in touch updating us with all progress throughout the sale. I'd seen Nick's social media presence before I decided to sell my property, so when the time came I knew who would be up to the job . I was selling an older, quirkier property and felt that it needed a particular kind of marketing..and along came Nick and EWE move 🐑 Nick was happy to talk at length about marketing strategy and a lot happened before the property went to market...you never get a second chance to make a first impression, so it's said. Nick's photography was professional and effective; we waited for decent weather and at no time did I feel under pressure to rush things. The result was amazing and I was so happy with the way my property was advertised. Anyway, I had an acceptable offer in 15 days which was more than I could have hoped for. It's pretty stressful having your house on the market and this part of the process was over and done with very quickly for me. I also made my onward purchase with Nick and was fortunate to be able to have first viewing on the property I subsequently moved in to. I would certainly recommend Nick and his engaged, novel and invested manner of selling your property for you 🐑👌🏻🐑

Josh & Nick at EweMove are the friendliest and most helpful Estate Agents I’ve ever encountered. We purchased a house through them and they were on hand throughout the whole process, offering advice on the local area, services and tradespeople, and even offering their office for us to work at when we needed WiFi. After discussing the motivation for sale we came up with a strategy, and we had an offer before the house was even advertised as on the market.
