Sold in 5 days, couldn’t have asked for more!

We honestly couldn’t recommend Bradleys enough. From start to finish, the whole experience of selling our home was brilliant. A massive shout out in particular to Jack (COYS!), who was our agent throughout the process. He was so relatable, down to earth and just a genuinely lovely guy. By the end of it, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an estate agent! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the communication throughout was 10/10. Clare and Jordan were also fab, stepping in and helping both Jack and us along the way whenever needed. The whole team just made what is normally a really stressful process feel so much easier. Our house sold within 5 days of going on the market, and the photos and videos they arranged were amazing and presented our home beautifully. They'd even organised off market viewings, before it had even gone live. We actually bought this same house through Bradleys back in 2020 and had a great experience with them then too, so it felt quite fitting that they were the ones to sell it for us as we move on to our next chapter. Just a genuinely lovely bunch of people who are great at what they do. We’ve already recommended them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Every now and then, you meet an estate agent who genuinely stands out, and Bailey-Louise George of Bradleys Estate Agents in Rolle Street, Exmouth, is definitely one of those people. From the moment we met her during two recent viewings, she was warm, upbeat, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. Bailey-Louise, together with Hannah, make a fantastic team. They both went above and beyond to support us; their professionalism and genuine commitment really made a lasting impression on us. A very poor service from Bradley's in Exmouth. I asked them to value a property in Exmouth marina,I told them to phone the tenant 1st Which they never did until I reminded them Less than 24hrs before visit.They then valued the property and promised to send me the details which they still haven't done it's been a week now. In-between I have got your move To go around and value it, within 4 days Your Move have valued the property and found a Tennant, I'm still waiting for Bradley's to Come back to me!
