GoogleHaving already been on the market for a year without a sale when we approached West of Exe I was apprehensive about what they could do to help. Sally couldn't have been more reassuring with her attention to detail and thorough approach it made all the difference. Even when the sale was agreed she continued to follow through with the paperwork and little queries to ensure we made it to completion with as little hassle as possible. Would highly recommend her and West of Exe if you're looking to sell your property.

GoogleEmma Carter, has been looking after our rental property for the last 15 years in such a highly professional way that we have never once considered changing letting agent. Emma and the rental teams quality of service has been first class and they have always found us excellent tenants and any problems that have arisen over the years, kitchen leaks, new hob, boiler fixes etc, etc, they have handled and fixed promptly, without fuss. 😎😎😎

GoogleWest of Exe have managed my properties for over 15 years. They have a friendly, local & low-key approach to property management, striking the right balance between keeping my tenants happy which I value greatly, and protecting my interests as an owner. They have a comprehensive list of sensibly priced, local trades and react quickly to issues reported by my tenants. If I'm out of contact, I'm confident that problems will be dealt with competently & efficiently. Emma Carter in particular, is a welcome constant in the rental department with considerable knowledge and experience.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the ladies at West of Exe. Without exception every contact we have had with them has been positive, helpful and supportive. A typical family house move is stressful at the best of times, so their professionalism and efficiency was apprecaited. Above all they make the customer feel valued, which sadly isn't always the case with other letting agents. I would happily recommend West of Exe to anyone.

Despite their admittedly good portfolio of properties in and around Exeter this agency should be avoided at all costs! The lack of customer service, disorganisation and greed is a perilous combination to any tenant. You will be much better off with anyone else on the market. From all my years dealing with estate agents I can honestly say that East of Exe are the worst.

GoogleWe were a little unsure at first if to put our house on the market. We contacted Sally at WestofExe and she was extremely helpful and patient, guiding us through the whole process. Our house sold straight away, the move went smoothly and now we are very happy in our new home. Thank you WestofExe.
