The process was very smooth from start to finish, especially impressive given a challenged trading environment and interest rate uncertainty. We achieved our target price with a very harmonious closing process. Edward Tallack from Savills has been brilliant through out our sale. He understood fully how much our home meant to us and why we wanted to find the perfect buyers to become the new custodians . In every stage he went the extra mile ++, working in the evenings, weekends and even when he was on holiday, guiding and helping us through the challenging times, with maximum support all the way. Having bought and sold many properties over the years, we can without question recommend Edward as the best we have ever had the pleasure of working with. As the main contact at Savills and wonderfully supported by Rosie in the office , he represented savills to the highest possible standard as you would expect. The end was tinged with shock to find out the straight after we had exchanged, Savills gave Edward his notice to leave the company. Sales targets seem more important than customer services which is so short sighted by their management in our view.
