Shocking, sell property then can't sell. No due diligence, no respect to the customer. They don't get back to you even when you have bought a property. Staff wide boys and inexperienced, be warned do not use will cost a lot of money...

Hunters estate agents are bunch of rude, arrogant people. They make you feel like nobody. Suggestion to everybody if you buy/rent property please don't go through them. That will save lot of your time and energy.

Poor experience, saw a house, rang up the same day it had been listed, told me I was the only person interested and that I could view it Saturday afternoon! 9am next morning he said it had sold wouldn’t let me view!! A lot of lies and mis- guidance!! Poor customer service. Not a good agent at all!!

Dear Ade, You have raised a really good point, looking at our systems we did carry out a market appraisal for you, 3 years ago in May 2018 and suggested a marketing price of £625,000. I can see you sold your property in September 2020 for £750,000. I am pleased for you, this shows just how strong the housing market has been in Exeter for the last few years, the impact that the current stamp duty holiday has had on house prices and also the pent up demand from the 1st lockdown, which incidentally we are still seeing today. Disgusting customer service. I've just called to book a viewing on a rental property and it sounded like the person was on loudspeaker - I could barely hear them and kept asking them to repeat themself. Then they informed me that it was for families only and slammed the phone down on me.

We are absolutely disgusted with the way we have been treated regards to renting a property through hunters.We were told a move in date only to have it changed last minute and changed again after booking moving van and getting deliveries organised to come the next day.I will never use hunters again.

Been calling them more then 10 times. They say they're busy and they will get someone to call back in 5 mins yet no call received since yesterday. How busy can anyone get for 2 days that they cannot call back to their customers. Been trying to book a viewing. NO RESULT.

Very unprofessional company who bully young tenants into doing their dirty work for them to give them less work to do for the next tenants. Very unhelpful and ignorant staff who work in the offices who dont even Acknowledge that you're there when you walk in. Would recommend avoiding dealing with these at all costs.

Hunters threw me out during the covid, send emails that are the opposite of what they say in phone calls, and talk down to you when they speak to you on the phone. I was at the huddersfield branch, go see for yourself as its run by a bunch of b*tches :)
