She calls me whenever something suitable becomes available and when she can she will give me a ‘heads up’ prior to advertising. Charlotte and the team at Haart have been so incredibly helpful and supportive. Charlotte regularly checked in with me to see how my property search was going, and was super patient when things were on hold my end in progressing my search. She was very responsive, and sought colleagues advice if she didn't know straight away, and helped to coordinate support from a mortgage advisor. Hi, i found Charlotte Brooks and the Haart estate agency in Exeter were brilliant. The were a great help to me. Helping me to make a decision about a property they were advertising. Charlotte gave me a lot of time and all the information i needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Charlotte answered all my questions fully. I would never of realised how great the property was. The detail and the genuine enthusiasm Charlotte had for the property was difficult to ignore. I have put an offer on the table for the vendors consideration. That was only because of Charlotte. A dark and dreary November afternoon; a greyness surrounded Exeter as if holding the city siege. Winter was truly storming in and an upgrade in homestead was in my sights. A change in one's life required a bigger living space - referred to as an accident by a bitter few, for me, an opportunity. However, the market had taken a gruesome turn, property prices soaring, a 'seller's market' has dawned. ''Egads!'' I exclaim, ''is there not a property sales expert one can trust in such a time?!''. I make contact with Haart Exeter and I'm received by a brave and noble man. His face shows the courage of a cavalryman but the softness of a gentry, his very aura seems to colour joyously that lurking grey until it succumbs to his gleaming light. He listens when I talk. He answers when I question. He glances and I blush. ''Alas, have the Gods blessed me so?''. Yes is the answer. He delivers on all fronts. I will never forget my experience with Haart and the one they call 'Sam'. I find myself pondering where my life journey would have taken me, if only I'd found him before the wretched seahag I have had bestowed upon me. In the initial viewing process James was probably the best agent we worked with, he was very friendly and professional and we were extremely happy to be working with haart during our purchase as a result. During the buying phase we worked with both James and Jenny, we received top notch communication from both of them and we were extremely happy with our service. Our only complaint is that we went with their affiliated conveyancers (spickets batterick) on reccomendation that it would speed up the process which sadly wasn't the case. We had a particularly bad experience with them which I know wasn't the fault of the agents but felt that it was worth mentioning for anyone looking to work with haart. We recently purchased through Haart, as first time buyers and it honestly would have been so much more difficult and stressful without the help of Jenny and James. Jenny has been really pro-active in chasing things up for us and trying to hurry things along. Haart have been so accommodating, with James taking time of of his Saturday to help us get some bits into the house, prior to our move- just to help us out. I am in the process of selling my buy to let property and can truly say, that Haart of Exeter did not disappoint! The whole team is very knowledgeable and caring and always just a phone call away. I mainly dealt with Alex , who actually found me not one, but two buyers for my property. She is such a dream to work with, nothing ever seems too much trouble and she is always cheerful and even when she had to deal with complex question, she was attentive to detail and kept me informed all the way during the negotiations. Dear Haart I have seen four properties this week so far, with four different agents. Despite demonstrating the ability to stand up straight in what must have been a 5ft 5 inch high cellar, Alexandra stood out head and shoulders above the other agents. She demonstrated a high level of knowledge and enthusiasm, in what must have not been the easiest property to sell. She helped me see the positives whilst never seeming to gloss over, or appearing to be anything other than trustworthy. Though the property wasn't the right one for me this time, I was left with the impression that Alexandra is a highly capable, personable and intelligent agent and I have no hesitation in recommending her to others. She took some fantastic photos of our property which helped us to gain lots of interest and viewings straight away. She also gave me her mobile phone number and would answer emails out of hours when she could tell I was worried about something. We are part way through the process of selling and so far everything has been excellent. Attention to detail and a feeling that nothing is left to chance is really helpful when there is so much else going on at the moment. Calls are always answered or returned immediately and the current situation is always shared the moment anything changes or questions need to be asked. Little things like always being on time for appointments, being positive and instantly feeling at ease at handing the keys of your house over so that clients can be shown around really mean that the 5 star review is deserved. John has been great and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to marketing and Stephanie has been wonderful with a great attitude, lots of knowledge, the ability to learn a property quickly and bundles of energy.
