GoogleTerrible experience An agent valued my property and then the agency never followed up with a valuation. After 2 weeks I emailed twice but was ignored This was unprofessional and discourteous on their behalf and anxiety provoking and stressful for me If the agency didn't want to sell my property for whatever reason they only had to send me a short email to let me know Victoria Coven Bridleways EX6 6BB

GoogleI have been a Landlord since 2014 and have always found the lettings team very helpful, easy to deal with and always keeping in touch when things need dealing with. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

GoogleAlex Holland from Fine & Country handled a transaction that I was recently involved in. I cannot sing her praises enough - she was so helpful throughout the transaction and undoubtedly made the process run a lot more smoothly and painlessly than would otherwise have been the case. I'm very grateful for her efforts and would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone looking to sell their home.

What a diva! F&C operate a franchised company and so you are at the mercy of independents but lured by fancy advertising and excessive costs. And therein lies the issue, if the going gets tough….. Clara worked hard, no doubt, but when the going got tough, in a hissy fit, she incorrectly accused me of withholding pertinent facts, and she privately contacted my solicitor, which I found incredible seeing as she had sold an appartment a few doors down the month before! Very disappointed. Not to be recommended.

GoogleWhen deciding to sell our house, I did a Google search and came across Fine and Country that I hadn’t heard of before. Loved the name which was my main draw. I did an online valuation but when they called I explained that our property was unique and the value didn’t reflect this. They were very happy to attend and view and agreed. We came to an agreed valuation and when meeting Geoff and Jonathon we were very impressed with their business values, friendliness and approach. The property sold within 2 weeks and 10 weeks from sold to completion. Every step of the way Jonathon looked after us. He was contactable by mobile and text which worked for me. I would highly recommend this company. Honest, trustworthy and professional every step of the way. They may have a higher percentage than some other agents but with this you get a higher service.

GoogleEnd of my tenancy was almost 2 months ago and i still haven't received my deposit back even tough i left the property in a much better condition than when i moved in but they seemed to avoid all communication, very poor service, will never use this agency again.

Everyone played their part and it felt like being with friends. The team has integrity and honesty and we trusted them completely. They are respectful, professional, friendly and helpful. Frightening and traumatic experience: When I got back to Brocco on the Park, a Fine and Country hotel, at 1.30am, sober, after attending a 50th (the reason for my stay) the door was locked. No one answered the phone, nor my knocking at the door, or the doorbell. After many panicked attempts, including calling my husband and waking him up to ask for help, I called my friends whose party it was and got a cab across town to sleep on their sofa. I had very little sleep. At least I had somewhere to go. The hotel had a night porter, but he must have been sleeping on the job. Also they were supposed to give me a code for the door, which they did not do. I was cold, tired and afraid to be stranded on my own in the middle of the night. My essential medications along with the rest of my carefully packed belongings were in the room.
