It was very intimidating for me because there felt like there was so much to the process. But Bradley's reassured me and talked me through each step. They would always update me to keep me in the loop. It felt effortless and that nothing was too much for them. I will use them again and again. They have my trust!

GoogleNearly a month since I reported a faulty shower in my on suite...nothing done about it. Chasing it with the maintenance ( I don’t want to mame) :She’s telling me why don’t I use the other bathroom till it’s sorted, it’s understandable if it’s for 2, 3 days but I’m specifically rented and paying monthly for an en-suite 3 bedroom ( nearly a month since I reported it and still nothing done !!), I’m not getting for what I’m paying. I gave the maintenance team plenty of time to sort the problem as we were all away for 2 weeks, coming back from abroad to find out the shower hasn’t been fixed .Called Bradley’s , the person answering the phone told me that she’s not dealing with my case and I have to wait for a response from her colleague ( who’s dealing with it )..how long it’s going to take Bradley’s to sort the issue which I consider a priority in my opinion. I’m very disappointed. Stay away from Bradley’s if you could .
