I rented a property via Reeds Rains and found them to be very professional. They were very responsive too so whenever I had a query they usually got back to me within 24h. Someone came over to inspect the house every three months which I felt was a bit of an overkill. Even our landlord thought it was too much, especially since we had lived there for a few years already and proved we were good tenants. The inspections were conducted by different people and one of them was quite intrusive, opening cupboards without asking etc. After moving out we got our deposit back within a week which was much appreciated.

We initially chose Reeds as they had sold 20 of the 25 homes for sale on our estate in the previous year. The reason we would now recommend them is that they showed exceptional professionalism throughout a very difficult chain that fell through on 2 occasions, for reasons far outside their control, that ended up taking nearly 7 months to complete. Yet complete it did, not least because of the diligent efforts the office showed, led in the most part by Jack Ford the Branch Manager. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Evesham Reeds Rains and suggest that their fee was more than deserved and that they earned every penny of it, indeed we firmly believe that without them the sale would have never actually happened at all.

Having recently sold a bungalow through Reeds Rains, Evesham, I can certainly recommend them. I decided to go with them rather than one of the 3 other estate agents I met because RR were neither pushy nor aggressive and struck me as fair and honest. And I was right. Within the first week we'd had several viewings, quickly followed by a couple of offers. Through no fault of anyone's we had a couple of hiccups along the way but throughout Reeds Rains held it steady, kept me informed and remained friendly and helpful. Having used RR as my letting agent I have no positive comments at all to make. Promised the world, delivered almost nothing. Inaccurate, shoddy and uncommunicative to me as a landlord, rude, aggressive and borderline immoral with the tenants - discussed personal financial information with tenants work colleague when unable to reach them personally. Treated complaints as an annoyance, and be warned, as a franchise they do not need t answer to any 'head office' they can simply choose to ignore you. My recommendation is to avoid at all costs. I personally wouldn't buy a house through them, let alone sell one through them. I'm sure other clients are happier than I am, they have to be otherwise this outfit would surely have gone bankrupt years ago. That doesn't detract from the fact that I have not one scrap of positive comment to leave in any review.
