The worst letting agents I have ever dealt with. Repairs just go untouched for months because "The landlord refuses to do them". Staff at the local office are pleasant enough but they really shouldn't allow a landlord like this to let properties through them knowing what she is like.

GoogleI had some complications selling my flat outside of RR control however Jack, Jeremy & the team persevered with finding the right buyer and eventually we got it sold, I recommend RR because they know the market well and easy to communicate with recommend these guys !

Requested by email for a valuation of my property on 2 occasions. Received confirmation somebody would call to arrange a time to suit.However ,no body called or got intouch after over a week.Lost trust to sell with reads rains due to lack of communication.I have used another agent.

Had my property on market with purple bricks for six months and not a sausage. Put Reeds Rains on to it and within 3 weeks it was sold for more than purple bricks wanted me to market it for. Worth the extra fees! They actually work for you. Well done.
