Reeds Rains has been looking after my property for almost 15 years now. Although I live far away from home, I was kept updated as much as possible, quick responses every time, given advice with anything I needed. They have been very efficient, caring and prompt in all aspects....routine inspection, finding tenants and dealing with emergencies. Bottom line is: Brilliant service professional, friendly and trustworthy.

Reeds Rains Congleton have just sold my property and I would highly recommend the service. They were very professional from the beginning, offering different marketing strategies to suit my needs. They got me an asking price above the guide and above my expectations. The sale went through with the help of the sales team and although there were some difficulties along the way, nothing was too much trouble.

Googlei cant begin to tell you how hard everyone we dealt with at Reeds has worked on our behalf. they have kept us informed, updated and pushed for us to get the sale completed. if you are unsure of who to go with, choose these guys. i have and will recommend Reeds in the future not only for their professional service but because of how friendly and helpful the whole team has been.

Awful! Turned up to view the property, couldn't gain access. No one from the company got back about rebooking. Now told the property is under offer so there's no point in viewing it. An absolute joke of customer service. Do not use! H.F.Garratt
Hi Fay,We apologise for your cancelled viewing. This was due to a contractor changing the locks and supplying us with incorrect keys. The house did receive an offer but as we explained on the phone, this is a repossession sale, so you were still able to reschedule the viewing and possibly place an offer yourself.
