TrustpilotA pleasure to do business with.
A smooth re let of a property, much of which was down Niamh Titterington of Reeds Rains who kept us well informed, with timely actions and a friendly 'can do' attitude. When Niamh said she would do something, she did, in an approachable and professional manner.Thank you Niamh.

TrustpilotTerrible customer service
Terrible customer service . I have not found one person on reeds and rains to be polite rather extremely rude. I wish I didn’t even put 1 star in reviews . They deserve none. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. Nobody should be treated the way I had been treated. What kind of self entitlement can possibly dictate such behaviour is beyond my comprehension.

TrustpilotHull Sutton Branch
Hull Sutton BranchWe have already made a full complaint and received nothing but excuses in return. Poor service, experience, attitude from staff and knowledge of their own company. Just wanted to make other people aware not to use them in the future for house buying or selling. Very disappointing in a time of sadness for the world; we should be able to support each other.
