GoogleExtremely knowledgeable, helpful and correct in their advice which sold the house for much more than the online agencies - and put up with our nagging and questions along the way! We'd happily recommend Gusterson Palmer & James.

GoogleChanged my programme to fit in with their timetable. Travelled a long way to meet them at the property. They did not turn up to the appointment they agreed. Big waste of my time. Very disappointing service.NegativeProfessionalism

Hi John, We appreciate that it is frustrating but again can only apologize for what was a genuine misunderstanding . We did offer you an alternative time today and its unfortunate that we couldn't get together. It's very disappointing to receive a poor review from you as we work extremely hard to provide a positive customer experience, hence we enjoy such a high rating from so many other people and are the 2021 gold award winners for Evesham, from the British Property Awards. We will however learn and strive to improve. Sorry that we couldn't get together and wish you all the best for the future.

GoogleFantastic, the best in the area! Having bought and sold houses through them I would recommend nowhere else, their evaluations are spot on and communication throughout the buying / selling process is exceptional, shame I can’t find a solicitor that can offer customer service and honesty like this!

GoogleAs a buyer, you see the effort put in by different estate agents, on behalf of their sellers. I have been very impressed with GP&J in Evesham and they would certainly be on my short list of estate agents to choose from, should I sell in the future.

GoogleWhat a lovely pub. The staff were really friendly and the prices were good. The garden is a sun trap. Dog friendly too.
