GoogleA brilliant result from the team at Leggett & James. We engaged them to sell a rather 'unique' property that would have been challenging to a less experienced agency. They generated several offers and managed the sale superbly. Their calm, professional approach and progression of the sale was much appreciated. GoogleThank you guys! We've recently sold our leasehold property through Leggett and James. We met several agents, but upon meeting Andrew, we were sold. He was warm and confident without being pushy. The option of a WhatsApp group is a brilliant addition to keep everyone up to date. Everyone was very helpful throughout the process, thank you Kelly for all the email responses. Andrew was even able to provide advice after we had sold and we went along to our first open day. Thanks to Andrew, we won the House we wanted, and are now in our 'forever' home.

GoogleAs newcomers to Evesham, we felt very lucky to have GP&J as our house buying guide. The Agency is long established in the town and, as such, was able to suggest to us local tradesmen and structural engineers to conduct surveys on the property we chose. It was very helpful to be given ample time to look round the empty property. We really appreciated the patient, helpful style of the highly experienced staff with no high pressure selling. When it's time to sell we would definitely favour this company.

FacebookRefused to do a virtual viewing of a property with no reason other that they don't have to. Lazy estate agents, if I was selling my property through you I wouldn't be happy that you were telling potential buyers that virtual tours aren't available.
That is exactly what was explained to me during my call to you. I was told you do not have to do virtual tours because you're the leading estate agency in the county and you do not have to. The first contact was point blank rude. If you are unwilling to assist buyers who may live much further out than your usual buyers then my opinion of you as a company is that you are sloppy and lazy and arrogant. Many other agents out there are very accomodating for this requirement, I suggest you get with the times. I've worked in the property industry for 15 years and have never known such arrogance towards buyers.
