We couldn't be happier with our house sale through Johnsons Property. The quality of the online listing was far better than any other agent in the local area, with high quality pictures and a 3D tour included. The printed brochure was also high quality and got several positive comments from friends and family. Ultimately it comes down to how well the house sold though and for us this was done within 3 weeks with excellent communication from start to completion. I'd highly recommend Johnsons Property for anyone looking to sell their home.

Johnsons were excellent at searching and finding us a home. Josh, in particular, was very helpful. However, they didn't do research to allow them to answer fairly basic questions about the property, such as: which way is the garden facing; what is the average fuel cost per annum; where is the nearest shop, etc. Their fault reporting service needs improving. Phone calls and replies to emails reporting issues need to happen faster. It took several phone calls and over a week to get minor repairs attended to.

We have been a tenant with Johnson's for just over 5 years and I cannot fault their service. From day one with moving in to the property and getting all the paperwork sorted, they were friendly, efficient and responsive. Any maintenance we needed during our tenancy was dealt with swiftly, using their online app which made reporting issues fast and simple. Communication has always been second to none, something which I hold in high regard. We have sadly moved to another property managed by somebody else and it's only highlighted to me how good Johnson's have been. Even to our last day, Josh, the person dealing with final checks etc has been a pleasure to deal with, both professional and friendly. I lived in a Johnsons property for 9 years. They were utterly professional and very helpful, the landlord and agents were great. I never had any major problems as the property was in great condition. When leaving there was a Portfolio Manager Josh Silcox, he was awesome and great. Please excuse if I got the surname wrong! Anyway he was most professional and most helpful, and a great guy!. I do miss the house as it was a great part of bringing my kids up, unfortunately had to move as kids were growing. All I can say is Johnsons are GR888888!!!!!!!!!!
