I used Johnson’s Property Consultants when moving into my new flat last year. Lewis was my main point of contact and was so helpful and understanding of any issues or concerns I had as a first time tenant. He made the process easy and enjoyable with no added stress. He is fantastic at his job and puts in extra work to make sure everyone involved is happy. Although every individual I encountered from here were extremely friendly and welcoming that it was easy to talk to anybody. If you are looking to rent, buy or sell, I definitely recommend you go through Johnson’s.

Aaran at Johnson’s has been helping us to secure a purchase on our dream home. We fell in love with the property after he kindly managed to arrange a very short notice viewing with the vendor just before Christmas. When we decided to make an offer (during the Christmas period when the office was closed!) Aaran worked so hard to try and make this happen for us, even corresponding with us (replying to our emails) out of office hours over the new year period which we considered to be above and beyond what we expected. We were so grateful for this contact as it seemed like a long few days waiting for the office to re-open! Aaran seemed to understand this and reassured us that he would do everything he could to help us AND his client. His communication was always sensitive to our situation as well as obviously trying to secure the best deal for his client. He was honest and up-front which allowed us to share the same approach and we were delighted to finally secure a deal. I would like to share my experience with Johnson's. Me and my family we didn't received a good/equal service from Johnsons. From the start an agreement had points that are treated by government as a bad practice. Apartment that we moved in was not cleaned to the high standard but we were told that it was cleaned professionally. There was mold in each of the windows masked with silicone. Silicone was used everywhere to fix things as their contractor was using it as his tool. Nothing was done properly in the house as even curtains poole was not secured properly. There was light bulbs missing and in general, if not the new cooker, we could say that house was dirty. Walls were dirt, painted with really cheap paint and with silicone entrapped below the paint that start to come out with time. Toiled and bath were leaking after a wails as it was not done properly. Water was dropping to the one of the cupboards in the kitchen. I have amended this opinion because at the end we have found an agreement. I understand that agency need to secure interest of their client but please don't forget that landlord as well as person who rent the property are your clients. Agency was reacting the right way when an issue was raised Agency changed their contractor when he was causing more issues then helping. If I would renting the property in Evesham I would again use your services. Who knows maybe some day I will come back to this area.

I am writing this review as a Buyer while Johnsons Property Consultants were acting for the Vendor Whilst being mindful that every estate agents primary interest and loyalty is always to the Vendor I was pleasantly surprised to find Craig Costello to be an extremely helpful straight forward and realistic representative of the firm. He successfully secured a deal both parties are happy with. His relaxed manner coupled with his professionalism meant everything ran smoothly. His communication is excellent and he kept in touch with both parties throughout the purchasing process making sure that any delays or technical glitches were kept to a minimum. They say that moving home is one of the three most stressful things in life, Craig and Jonhsons made this part of the process easy and stress free - Thank you! I rarely give 5* reviews as I tend to think the true "metal" of an organisation is only really tested when something goes wrong and the way the individuals handle that is the difference between 4 and five stars... However there were two occasions when the process might have gone off the rails or become bogged down and Craig was very efficient in overcoming those issues before they became problems and ensured both parties were quickly satisfied with the outcomes- thus... 5* I would have no hesitation in recommending Johnsons Property Consultants as your agent or to do business with them as a customer.

I think it's fair to say I've had my share of bad luck with housing over the past year; A housemate that decided to give me four days heads up that they were serving their notice and letting my bills double, and a conveyance solicitor who "forgot" to raise inquiries for a whole month! In both instances Johnsons were more than understanding and attentive. In the first instance they let me work out an arrangement with my Landlord that didn't involve any administrative fees or complications, and in the latter Craig was happy to field phone calls in his evenings and weekends to help support both myself and the seller. Of course it also doesn't hurt that they seem to have the best market rates in the area too! ;)
