GoogleThe most excellent estate agents - friendly lovely people - Jo really understood our house and marketed it to its best advantage. It sold quickly and at a price I was pleased with. All staff were helpful, always available and communicated perfectly. Never known a better agent.

GoogleChatterton estate agent was the sellers agent and we were the purchasers. Throughout they were great. From the viewing, putting the offer in and then the purchase. The actual purchase was a bumpy ride but this was not the fault of Chatterton. They dealt with my queries promptly and were key in chivving along the solicitors when queries were not being answered. Dave Fellows deserves a special mention as he was our link to the vendor. That said all were great. We love our new home and if it hadn’t been for the help provided from the team with pushing for queries we would have moved elsewhere. Thanks guys. Tracey Jary

GoogleAfter having an offer excepted on a house we instructed a solicitor and sorted a mortgage as fast as we could for a quick sale (vendor wanted), but after 5 months of being misled and strung along we pulled out of the deal. Dave didnt seem worried that we pulling out or the fact we were heavily out of pocket. Phone calls weren't returned and questions asked weren't answered or avoided.

GoogleJust wanted to say that the after sale service was not a great experience. Phonecalls and emails are not answered in a timely manner and queries raised are not completed as promised. Would not recommend using this estate agents after our recent move.
