A huge thanks to George for efficiently coordinating everything with his office team, given my limited time to move. His team was also incredibly supportive during the handover process, reassuring me when I felt nervous and ensuring everything went smoothly.

GoogleI just received this call from the director of this estate agency where he says he doesn’t know me. Ive never spoke to a rude and unprofessional director ever. I am glad this all happened and we now know who not to go to and please dont call people on the phone if you cant take their review and telling them they dont deserve the property anyway.

Sada, Thank you so much for your the time on the phone just now regardless of the condescending tone... As explained, you were buying a property from our vendor, not us... regretably the vendor had a change of circumstances with a marriage breakdown; this is no fault of ours and we informed you immediatley that we knew ourselves. Leaving us a 1 star review is immensely unfair as was blaming our agent who only did his job. This was a disappointing outcome all round, not least for the vendor.

GoogleVery unprofessional when is time of the deposit. It took them around one month to sort out our deposit. They deducted £465 from it just because they pretend it wasn’t done a professional cleaning and to change two lights which I have changed those few times during the time my parents in law where renting there. They will come for inspection every three months and no one will let you know if something is wrong with the property and you need to do any renovations before moving out, they just point everything after you leave in this way they can keep some of your deposit.
This was a horrible experience for all of us.
I will not recommend renting from them.

Hi Besjola, thank you for taking the time to write a review. All feedback, good and bad is valuable to us and most definitely is used for staff training. We acknowledge that there was a slight delay in refunding the partial deposit for which we have apologised. We already explained at point of checkout that there would be a slight delay due to the landlord being away but did let you know that there would be deductions due to the property not being handed back in the same condition it was provided to your in laws in (minus reasonable wear and tear). We did let you know about deductions being made within the prescribed timescale. We note that the tenancy was a relatively short one at a little over a year and there were areas of beyond reasonable wear and tear on hand back with essential works and cleaning being needed before a new tenancy could be found. Nobody ‘pretended’ the property was not professionally cleaned.. the property was provided professionally cleaned at tenancy start which was noted on a very concise inventory. It clearly was not clean on hand back, with several areas in need of deep cleaning (including the kitchen ceiling being stained with cooking grease that needed to be repainted) as well as staining to the carpets. There were several lightbulbs left not working when all were working on move in and the mastic around the bath was black; requiring replacement (which had been obscured on inspections by bottles of toiletries etc). As was explained, the landlord was travelling at the time of check out so we had to wait for them to return to confirm what/if deductions would be made. Quotes then needed to be obtained from contractors and then you were informed regarding the amount of proposed deductions.. you disputed the deductions so there was a number of back and forth correspondence between us, you and the landlord. We truly are sorry that the experience was not a good one for you. It is always made clear that a property needs to be handed back in

Jo was great on the first call but didnt get a call back on my last message to fiona so rang again and Fiona answered the second time in a few days. Kept saying wiered things like what does the name mean when I told her the name of the company which is an abreviation dosent mean anything. kept pressing. I said mrs works for the company 10 years over. cut me out and then kept complaining you never told me this and i was like what? Oh god so unprofessional. This was the worst experience I must ve ever had. and OMG just few minutes after this bad call her colleague jamie calls and instead of let me cool off with the complain first he start grilling me for more questions and says if you want to view the property you have to answer it. Kept overtalking just like her instead of listening to the complain first. please note dear Bosses of the company if its Jo. Appauling service from both these individuals and very unprofessional in thier approach . Please retrain them both irrespective of thier years of experience they might have.
