What a professional company. Arranged a visit to the Silver Wnd Marketing suite. Received good communications and short welcome video before visit. On the day was greeted by Dawn, she was friendly and very helpful and knowledgable. The houses are well made and the site was kept very well despite buildings going on. Thank you Dawn for all your help and information on the day! will be arranging a follow up visit.

We wanted to look at a Shaftesbury to purchase on a different site. We were told which site had a Shaftesbury as a showroom So we booked in to view and put in the notes that it was this particular house we wanted to view. It was going to take 90 mins to get there so we left and received a phone call when we were half way there to confirm appointment- and by chance found out that the Shaftesbury was closed due to refurbishment. Very frustrating. We then spent an hour ringing around trying to find another site which may have a house that we could view. Apparently this is the only one. So advice would be to call ahead of your appointment if there is something in particular you want to view. We gave up.

Hello Mrs. Baker, I am very sorry to hear that the sales team notified you so late in the day that you had already started your journey to us. If I can make another appointment for you or notify you if we have a Shaftsbury closer to your current home, please let me know and I will be only to happy to assist. I wish you the very best of luck in a search for your new home. Best wishes, Kerry

The properties are beautiful and Damien in the Sales Office is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the whole area. Stunning development, from a company who promote animal and particularly bee and bat conservation, in addition to investing in education for future generations.

Sales team were very friendly and welcoming and gave lots of information throughout. Site was lovely and well spread out but perhaps unlike some other sites locally there is more hidden prices/extras

Appalling customer service from Redrow. Today I witnessed Dawn (Redrow Sales Rep), telling a current resident to sell their house if they are that unhappy living there, when sharing their personal experience of dealing with redrow with potential buyers. Happy to take your money, then hang you out to dry. Shame on you Dawn and Redrow.

Beware! One of Europe’s largest incinerators is scheduled to be constructed only one kilometre from this site. Caveat Emptor ! Thank heavens for Google research, as we’d chosen flooring and tiles before finding out.... Redrow ....didn’t mention it....

Gordon · 16 June 2021

Agent replied · 15 June 2024

Hello Mr. Dunn, I am very surprised you were unaware of the incinerator as we discuss this in our pre-reservation check list. Our sales team are always happy to discuss the incinerator as they have also carried out extensive research on this topic and also attended many of the meetings held in Silver End with the company. Please feel free to contact myself if you wish to discuss this matter any further. Best wishes, Kerry McCoubrey
