GoogleI have come back to update my review after a year of living at an OC Homes property. I would never use OC Homes again due to their extremely poor handling of the issue with the pigeons at the property I rented for the past year. The landlord is horrible and refused to do anything to help with pigeons persistently defacating all over my balcony. The landlord conveniently made sure spikes were installed on the balcony of the flat next to mine (which is considered as a “luxury” apartment) Make of that what you will but the refusal to support me made my experience living at the property awful. I had to clean the balcony almost every weekend because the putrid smell and unsightly condition of the balcony meant I was left with no other choice. I repeatedly emailed OC Homes and they ignored my emails. For the amount in rent you pay this is not the service you would expect. Move into Kundra Court, at your own risk because the pigeons will either wake you up extremely early in the morning or their faeces will ruin your balcony if you take a flat with the balcony. The landlord is a typical greedy and morally bankrupt individual who tried to rip me off and overcharge me when I tried to get my security deposit back. They exploit the fact that you need security deposit back if you’re moving into a new property and assume you will just accept the overcharge. I am disgusted by the landlord, who should be ashamed of his corrupt and money grabbing behaviour.

GoogleI cannot recommend the team at One Click enough. From the onset the communication and the services provide have been professional and outstanding. I have used One Click for a few of my rental properties and they have always come through from background checks through to handing over the keys, One Click handled everything smoothly which meant less hassle for me. Shohaib was proactive and was continuously following up with me and Goodlord referencing team for getting my tenancy agreement done smoothly. With the added pressure of trying to get everything finalised before the stamp duty deadline, the whole team was really professional and everything was done smoothly and in good time. A special mention needs to be given to Tony Varghese who looked after us, he was extremely attentive, professional, organised and extremely knowledgeable. GoogleOne Click Homes provided an exceptional service, Tony in particular was the person I worked with. I found a property I was interested in and Tony was handling the property from a seller\'s perspective, however it didn\'t seem that way he was helping both parties interested (seller and buyer). He was there whenever I had any questions and me being a first time buyer, I had a lot! He was always there to answers all my questions and provided more than adequet updates throughout the week, even when there wasn\'t any update he would ensure I have an update regardless. This is super important especially as a first time buyer, it\'s important to have updates throughout the entire process and a clear line of communication. I would highly recommend One Click Homes and especially Tony. I will 100% be recommending him to all my family and friends and happy to personally recommend him to anyone interested in One Click Homes. He was personable, professional and just a good person to chat to and have a laugh as well. I can\'t thank Tony enough for all the efforts especially during uncertain times we are currently in. GoogleWe are a couple in our mid 60's and early 70's who after living in our property for 40+ years decided to take the plunge and sell. It was something that we had been considering for some time but we were always reluctant because of the daunting process and the stress that moving entails. However, after watching our son and daughter in law sell their property with One Click Homes we decided to make the jump... What can we say....we instructed One Click Homes and within a week they had offers coming in and our property was sold subject to contract. The fact we only had a week of viewings was fantastic! Eight weeks later our sale completed and we have not looked back. From start to finish One Click Homes were truly outstanding. We cannot thank Tony enough for making what can be a daunting experience at our age into something so plain sailing. Tony offers a professional yet very personal service and he was always at the end of the phone when we needed that bit of reassurance (day or night).
