I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience selling my home through OC Homes. The entire team was incredibly professional, but I want to give a special mention to Nav and Tony. Nav handled the majority of the day-to-day processes flawlessly, always keeping me updated and ensuring everything ran smoothly. I also want to extend a huge thank you to the Director, Tony, whose expertise and immense help during the listing phase and the subsequent stages were invaluable. Highly Recommend OC Homes, A Great Experience Despite the Ups and Downs Although the journey has been long and full of ups and downs, I cannot recommend OC Homes enough. We are so pleased we chose OChomes to sell our home. When we met Tony, initially, he was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and courteous. He put us at ease with the situation where we were not getting anywhere with viewings with another Estate Agent and we knew we could trust him to get us a buyer very quickly. He was spot on with his valuation and gave us very good advice with regards to the price we could achieve. His Team were brilliant. Nav dealt with the photos and marketing stage efficiently and he set up a Portal for us to view all stages of the sale. Viewings were set up very quickly and feedback provided on the Portal. We received an offer within weeks and Tony was on board with negotiating the best price we could achieve and a very good offer was secured. From then on, the progress of the Sale was handed over to Keya, in the Sales Progression Team. Keya has been a godsend. She has tirelessly and relentlessly pursued all parties especially the Solicitors and kept everything moving as quickly and efficiently as she could from the outset till Exchange and Completion. She would call us every Saturday to give us an update and to ask if we had any issues she could help with. We are grateful to Tony, Nav and Keya of OChomes and in future, if we need to buy or sell, we will always turn to them.

What can I say. I am very happy that I chose OC Homes to sell my home. I met Tony when I was on the hunt for a house, and I was going though the motion of signing with one of the well known Estate agents in my area, but Tony wanted the opportunity to pitch OC homes. I said yes, and was so happy I did. I loved the way he presented himself and how he explained OC homes approach. His presentation made perfect sense, and both myself and my wife were impressed. Just talking to Tony i felt I would click with OC homes. Within a short while the viewings were coming in and it didn't take too long to get that first offer. I Remember Priyesh came and closed the deal. I was very happy, we were full storm ahead on progressing, and towards the end unfortunately the buyer had some health issues. It was at this stage that OC homes showed their strengths, they acted fast and had the house back on market with reviews flying in, they were supportive with me and reassuring that we would get right back on track. I was nervous and worried but the team at OC always made me feel positive assured. Nav went back and forth from my house helping with viewings, always reassuring me and remaining positive. Eventually the perfect buyers came along and just in time. They found an amazing family who were willing to move in as a fast as I needed to move out. The team did an amazing job getting the sale over the line within the period of time needed. I am thankful to Priyesh for always being an ear to listen to any of my frustrations, I am thankful for Tony for his amazing presentation and introducing me to OC homes being another ear I could talk to throughout the process. I am also thankful to Nav for the viewings he carried out and for negotiating on my behalf when getting the second sale over the line. Thank you to all of the OC home team. I had the tremendous pleasure of dealing with Amar and a chap named Nav with respect to a recent let. Amar is the senior executive of the business and it is easy to understand why, he is a consummate professional that possesses an encyclopaedic knowledge of the property market in Essex. His impressive understanding of the rental regulatory framework is a fantastic value add. Nav was my day to day contact, and I must say, he is the epitome of a motivated and determined young whippersnapper with a can-do attitude. He managed quite remarkably to schedule a series of viewings with high calibre prospective tenants almost immediately after receiving the instruction. We were inundated with offers and I am in no doubt that this was in part, down to his refreshingly open and transparent approach to business. Tony was one of a few estate agents I spoke with a few years earlier about the prospect of selling my flat, when I finally decided to sell was the first & only person I called about it. We always try to Support locals business and when Tony visited us from one click homes we were confident we had made the right decision.
