GoogleRegistered to view a property, I rang after a couple of weeks waiting for a viewing..and they said they would let me know when I could..I saw today that the said property was taken off of rightmove.. I rang them and they said it was let..I didn't get to view it.very unprofessional. What is the point of going through all of their online questions only to be told they had already let it..

Hi Sue, I’m sorry to hear you had not heard back from us. Unfortunately we receive upwards of about 60/80 enquires per property. And it’s not always possible to make contact back with the hundreds of applicants we receive a week.
Its very likely the property had already had bookings booked in and then one of those applicants than took that property.
We can only apologies if you missed out this time, we will look into your registration and if another suitable property comes available, will then see if we can get you in early.
