Disappointed that they continue to advertise homes as available when they have sold. I understand that as a marketing tool it gets people through the door but when you are looking to buy quickly it's very frustrating. :(
We understand your frustration and want to assure you that we don't intentionally advertise homes that have already been sold. We aim to provide accurate and timely information, however a short delay may occur in updating the status of properties on our website/Rightmove following the receipt of reservations. Our Sales Consultants will always be able to provide real-time availability on the homes you may be interested in.

We have had a good experience. Lots of support with the initial purchase of the house. We had some challenges before we moved in, some issues with the house, but the were addressed in a timely fashion. Overall the service from Shaun was very good and we would recommend him to our friends and family.

We bought our first home at Heronsgate in autumn last year. There were a few delays due to COVID along the way, but Katherine was very helpful throughout the process.Have no complaints about the build quality of the house and are happy we decided to go with Hopkins Homes.

Very pleased with the service we have recieved so far. It has all been very courteous and professional. I hope this continues into the aftersales.Update 2023: So after doing various bits of DIY on our home, taking the facade apart I have discovered some atrocious work and standards. McDonalds wrappers and rubbish left under kitchen kickboards. Holes smashed in walls to route wiring. The fitting of doors and windows is truly bodged. This is likely down to the individual contractors that Hopkins use, but is a reflection on Hopkins themselves.
