He quickly sold our flat and from then to completion he was nothing but brilliant; giving us regular updates with the process of the sale and supporting us with any questions or query's we had. His communication skills were fantastic with both us and third parties ensuring that the sale went as smoothly and quickly as possible. I couldn't thank Keith any more for everything he has done for us and wouldn't recommend any one else other than himself.

Can’t imagine any company who does that is good to work with.
UPDATE: I am unable to reply to the response but as you can imagine they have been cleaned up by the residents by now. I can’t imagine who would be printing and distributing flyers on your behalf without your knowledge. How strange.

GoogleI would put zero if I could. Moved into a rented property just over 2 years ago . It was supposed to be a 3 bedroom . But one of the bedrooms would only fit a small single mattress on the floor without the bed frame . Yet still got charged for 3 bedroom. After moving in damp appears on the wall . Kept windows open tried cleaning but kept coming back really bad . A 11 year old with asthma was staying in this room and gradually getting worse . And even though the estate agent was contacted again and again nothing got done . Then eventually somebody was sent out to fix the problem. Which it didn’t . After the 11 year old started getting really poorly the doctor immediately said get him out of that room. The amount of calls to the estate agent to complain about this damp . And other problems yet was fobbed off. In the end mother and son had to swap rooms mother slept on the floor as her bed wouldn’t fit in the room. Again bad chest and coughs started. Apparently there was a problem with the roof tiles but it was never fixed.
Then 8 weeks before Christmas a letter was posted through the door saying you have 8 weeks before Christmas to find somewhere to live.
So had to take the 11 year old out of school and move away from family . Not even any pre warning . The agency should be ashamed of themselves for the way they have treated us. Now seeking legal advice .

As an agency, we always aim to act promptly when issues are reported, and we arranged for inspections and maintenance as soon as matters were brought to our attention and reported all findings to the landlord. We arranged tradesman to visit the property to rectify the problem reported. Some elements of property maintenance and landlord responsibilities are unfortunately outside of our direct control, but we did our best to escalate and address the concerns raised. The landlord served the notice to end the tenancy which was out of our control.
We take the health and safety of tenants very seriously and are genuinely concerned to hear that your experience fell short of your expectations. We encourage anyone with ongoing concerns to contact us directly so that we can work through any remaining issues constructively.

Diane from Game was far more efficient than the estate agent who i was buying through. Diane always kept in contact updating me with fact, always got back to me when she said she would, managed to obtain information far more quickly than everyone else and had great relationships throughout the chain. GoogleLovely smaller zoo, great for children and adults. A shame they didn't have much in their little shop which may have helped raise a little more funds. Clean and tidy, Lovely carpark and kids swings etc near the picnic area. We'll worth a look around and cheaper than other zoos, nice, polite and helpful staff too.
