I am a tenant renting through Fenn Wright and a few maintenance issues have cropped up over the last few months. Jake Richardson in the property management team has been so helpful, always getting in touch super quick - quicker than i'd expect from a really big , busy lettings team and really good at communicating and keeping tenants updated. He has made the process of getting things repaired so easy , and smooth. Thank you Jake and also Roseann and Ross and the rest of the Fenn Wright team. Always very organised and super helpful.

Friendly and super professional team

We used Fenn Wright for the sale of our flat in West Bergholt recently. From the initial contact and really impressive photographs (the flat looked stunning on Rightmove), through to completion we had regular updates to keep us in the loop throughout the sale. We were absolutely amazed that they sold our flat within a few days, despite it being Winter just before Christmas! Thank you to Tony and the team who have been professional throughout our sale. From valuation when Tony arrived with a market pack to the ups and downs of Brexit and Covid-19. The team carried out all viewings and relayed questions or offers promptly. I spoke to most people on the team and felt they knew who i was and the stage of my sale I felt the company is honest and cares about their clients. I felt that I was communicated with in a timely fashion and my frustrations were understood. The feedback I received at the valuation of my house respected my feelings on parting with it. Charley is Amazing

Charley and the team at Fenn Wright were extremely professional and helpful in helping my Mum sell her Trimley St. Martin home. Rip off merchants !!!!

Be very very careful if you rent a property from this company. They are not understanding at all and do not listen. They pocket holding deposits and refuse to pay it back. After knowing the circumstances too. Very very unfair company and I’m very disappointed that they badly ripped off my son and his partner.

I had a great experience with Fenn Wright from the initial viewing of the property I ended up purchasing, all the way through to completion. They helped me secure a great property at a really good price. I was made to feel important and valued as a customer even through the stressful times that can occur when purchasing a property. A special mention has to go to Kirsty who would answer all queries from me at sometimes silly times of the evening or even on her day off. Confidence through a protracted transaction

Joshua ensured that I was updated at all times with regards to my property transaction in Ipswich. This as especially important as my solicitors levels of communication was negligible at times.
