You achieved a higher-than-average sale price for your property from a chain free buyer, this was achieved quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately due to timings of their expiring tenancy, the buyers demanded a particular day for completion that you were not happy happy with. Having discussed this with you, we decided together that it was best to agree to this, as opposed to running the risk of the sale falling through.
