Trustpilot100% recommend
We have just completed our move to Epping with Butler & Stag and could not say better things about the service we received from our sales rep, Charlie. From offer stage all the way through to completion he was attentive, helpful, pro active and went above and beyond the call of duty chasing lawyers/vendors/managing agents and anyone else that was necessary to get the transaction over the line. Would 100% recommend over other agents in the local area

TrustpilotOutstanding customer service
Butler & Stag were professional and competent from start to finish in selling my flat in London. Every member of the team I dealt with was friendly, efficient and customer focused. Helga, in particular was an absolute delight - nothing was too much trouble for her. I have dealt with many estate agents nationwide and Butler & Stag have been one of the most efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Trustpilot100% recommend!
We are very grateful to Helga and Oliver for helping us purchase our first flat. We've spoken to many other estate agents along the way and we don't think anyone else lives up to their customer service and experience. They were always quick to respond to our emails and chase other parties to help carry the sale through. Caring, professional, and knowledgeable, we 100% recommend. Thank you, B&S!

TrustpilotEstate agents can have a bad rep in…
Estate agents can have a bad rep in this country but butler and stag completely tore apart that stereotype! Everyone I dealt with in the purchase of our new flat (Helga, Robert, Aiden) was professional, responsive, helpful and friendly. I felt they really went above and beyond to make the whole process run smoothly (and helped deal with some tricky solicitors.) I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, thank you!

Excellent and a real pleasure to deal with. Organised, with great communication. Our property was not an easy sale and they managed to find the right buyer and kept me updated throughout the process. I was given good advice, in a professional manner, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Athos Kleanthous managed the sale beautifully, keeping the process moving and was a real pleasure to deal with. Beth Lipizzi assisted wonderfully.
