GoogleJack has been extremely helpful in helping us on our journey of finding the perfect new home for our family. We had a really awful experience with another estate agent in the area but Jack stepped in and helped us out and we are now loving life in our new property. I would recommend this company, especially Jack, to anyone in search for their next property.

GoogleWe are extremely disappointed with the service provided by this agency, specially with Nigel, our agent, totally unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent. He never responded by email or by phone, they took too long to send a technician to fix what we needed (for example, we spent 3 weeks without washing machine and 6 months without dishwasher!) and they didn’t give our money back (deposit) just because they considered that we didn’t left the flat so clean (specifically, with a professional cleaner). We have never ever seen something like that. Not recommended at all. Please avoid them, do it for your mental health!

GoogleSTAY AWAY FROM SCAMMERS ! It’s been already an year, and I’m waiting for the payment. My tenants vacated, their staff returned the keys. Deposit not refunded. They are still holding it. We visited all their offices in person, still no luck and many promises. We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by this agency, specially with Nigel, our agent, totally unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent. He never responded by email or by phone. URGENT ACTION REQUIRED !

GoogleTHE ONLY ESTATE AGENT TO USE! I found this to be an outstandingly professional organisation. I have a frame of reference from dealing with other estate agents and can confirm Jack and his Colleague James are significantly better than the alternatives out there. I used their services for renting, I enquired one day, saw the property the next and was moved in the day after. Impressively efficient.

GoogleI dealt with Jai Philadephia and he was a really good agent. He helped me secure my house by listening to my offer and communicating it with the Landlord. I had everything done over the internet and I was pretty satisfied with how he handled my case.

We consistently faced issues with communication. We asked for a gate key fob for over a year with no reply. Requests for maintenance and deposit returns were ignored until we filed disputes, which finally prompted a response. I hope they improve their service and provide better support to future tenants.

GoogleReally disappointed with this agency I'm glad I won't be dealing with this agency again in future. I had put in an offer 3 days ago on a property I got no response no reply from the person named Jack who did the viewing. I even called to hear back from them again no response then after 3 days they say the property is no longer available etc which I knew they was going to say since they have been ignoring me for 3 days and really made me feel unwelcomed. They had more than 2 property available how could all of them go in seconds obviously I was lied to. From the start I felt they won't be interested in giving it to us since i have kids. Instead of ignoring and making someone feel unwelcomed you could have simpley said no we can't give you the property I would have been more than happy to say thanks for letting me know. But this agency is not professional and I do believe they discriminate based on your background. I'm glad I had also read everyone's comments here I am certain I won't be changing my mind. Now I feel like I am being harassed by the agency sending me an email from Jack because I put a review. Firstly the rent for the property was 1300 I have given a good sensible offer how much more sensible was you even expecting even if the offer was not accepted I was happy to pay full but there was no correspondence whatsoever from the agency side there was no discussion about even increasing the offer I made nothing. I know how it made me feel what expression I got from the agency, continuously trying to chase up the offer I made but I got ignored completely then few days later I get an email from Jack saying both property have been let when there's actually 3 properties they had advertised. You just had to say yes or no to my offer If you did not want to accept my offer or did not want to give the property to me because I have kids you should have simply said No but not make someone feel ignored and not welcomed and make them chase it up then few days later say its been let. GoogleIt has been over 2 months since we moved out and, despite assurances, we still have not received our deposit back. Blueprint are not answering their phones and we are still yet to hear anything back from accounts via email. Blueprints service whilst we lived there was good enough, but this is getting ridiculous, they are holding on to a lot of personal money - crucial for us during this global pandemic. I will be happy to alter this review if and when we get a response and return of money from your accounts team.

GoogleDrove all the way from London to view this property they had advertised to let with my family only to find out the viewing was cancelled. Got a message at 10:50 am to say my viewing at 10:45 has been cancelled. Time, money and exhaustion all for nothing, just because some one sat in this office is probably not qualified or capable enough to do their job well.

Nothing was ever too big of a task and he did everything he could to progress our purchase as fast as possible. I would definitely recommend their service.

GoogleWe have had such a disappointing experience with this company. They constantly respond misleading hope and information. We put in multiple offers and never received a response, we also tried via other agents for the same premise and was rejected even though we put in the asking price. Unprofessional and Unethical behaviour.
