Very poor communication & unprofessional experience. I would not recommend using the Cannock branch. Lack of dedicated service to sell a property when we are the paying customers, no faith in them doing anything they say, if you can get in touch with them the right person will never be there and they will be blame it on someone else. A very frustrating experience go elsewhere!!!!

I have been looking for house on zoopla and came accross few properties which belongs to bairstoweves,intially they were saying viewing are unavailable then later on they don’t even answer phone and when they answered they were showing properties only which they want to show and not one we want or shown available.One of the most vulnerable experience staff don’t care they don’t come back to you i would never want property from them

GoogleI rented my new place through Bairstow eves and they made the move very easy and stress-free for me. Their customer service was great and they were quick to respond to any questions and queries I had. Rose has been my main point of contact right from the very beginning. She is very pleasant, supportive and brilliant with her assistance and ensured the move went as smoothly as possible. Even after moving she is always helpful with my queries and sort out any problem that I may have. I strongly recommend them.

A few weeks ago I received a telephone call from a young member of staff at Bairstow Eves. He asked me if I was interested in selling my property. I told him no. I had bought it through them funnily enough and had just spent four months renovating it. He suggested I have a valuation despite my saying I didn’t want to sell. Eventually I agreed because I thought it would be good to see what it was worth now it had been renovated. Two text messages and a long and detailed email confirming that the manager was looking forward to meeting me at my property later that week at 12:30. She didn’t turn up and when I telephoned, I was informed that it was a desktop valuation, despite the fact that I had a an email telling me the valuation would be at my property. Having dealt with them when I bought the property and having them not bothering to respond to my email to express my dissatisfaction that they hadn’t bothered to come and do the valuation, I would never ever deal with them again. I think they are a shabby organisation and there are much better estate agents to deal with.

My past experiences of using estate agents for house purchases or sales have never been positive. That is until now. Our transaction was fairly simple as we had a first time buyer buying our house and that was the end of the chain. I found communications excellent. Never any delays. Always helpful. Always on time. Conducted viewings for us. Price was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs. Katie and Chloe at the Carlton office handled the whole transaction very professionally. Thank you

GoogleHave been a tenant with Bairstow eves for 1.5 years, everyone I have had dealings with have been very polite and pleasant, however I think that’s where the positive comments end. We moved out of the property 3 weeks ago (gave the correct amount of notice, gave the keys back in time despite nobody reaching out to us to arrange this, left the property clean and well maintained) and are yet to hear absolutely anything about our deposit. We have emailed on 4 separate occasions and haven’t recieved a single response. I called them this morning and was told that the man who I needed to speak to was on the phone but would call me back, it must be an awful long phone call he is on as I still haven’t heard from him 8 hours later! At this point I think it’s fair to call it theft. We weren’t given the luxury of getting 3 weeks to pay the deposit when moving in so unsure as to why it’s different rules when trying to get it returned. Please take this into consideration if you’re considering renting through Bairstow Eves.

DO NOT BUY OR SELL WITH BAIRSTOW EVES SOUTHEND ON SEA. Absolute Mickey Mouse setup where the agents dont even know who to contact to confirm a viewing! And so rude and unprofessional!Happy to explain more but not enough space!! Plenty of good Estate Agents around, I implore you not to use them!!!

I sent a message regarding my current property asking whether they allowed pets and they came back to me very quickly after contacting the Landlord. I appreciate the help from the team. So far it's been a great experience. It helps when people understand and have a dog themselves especially in this area (lettings) as a lot of landlords don't trust animals for some reasons? Thank you Rosemary for organising the process and Monou (I have probably misspelt your name, apologies) for contacting the Landlord in the first place finding out whether it was a pet-friendly property. I can finally rest :) Thank you

TrustpilotABSOLUTE BUNCH OF LIARS AND TEAM OF CROOKS WITH NO HONESTY OR INTEGRITY
To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
