We discussed the sale of our property with many of the local Estate Agents . We felt totally confident that Hamptons would market our home with great sensitivity since we had lived in it with our family for nearly 30 years and loved every moment being there. Being time now to move on we could not have received greater care. Paul, Andrew, Cheryl and Rosie have all been just delightful to deal with, never a problem whatever we asked, plus they found us a buyer very quickly who have preceded to sale without a hitch. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Hamptons of Esher.

Andrew found us the perfect purchasers and although the process was far from easy, Paul carried this forward. Great service in securing the tenant so 5 starts for that. 1 star though as the property management has been a disaster. Mistake after mistake month in and out. Wrong amounts been paid, incorrect amounts being held back unauthorized payment taken without being authorized. Securing a tenant excellent service, do not go with property management with them as you end spending more time than is worth the money.

The Epsom branch are arguably the worst estate agents ever!Avoid at all costs! Kept us waiting for over a year - yes, over a year! Very little communication, I had to constantly chase. So many lies, especially by Christine Temple! Her manager, Leon Stone, was not much better. Far better estate agents out there where the client really matters. To Hamptons, you're just a number and hopefully a quick sale. No customer care whatsoever! Not even the courtesy, after more than a year to let us know the house is off the market! If your looking to rent avoid! Had a viewing lined up and drove 10 miles to see the property only for letting agent (Nick roberts) to call as I was outside the property (30 minutes before viewing) stating that the current tenants had decided to remain for another year! Worst organised estate agents, no apology. Avoid.
