Exceptional service, couldn't recommend a better agent in the Esher/surbiton area. Having had to move away from a very popular agent for various reasons, Paul and Patricia stepped in and got our sale moving. Increased viewings instantly, more frequent less spread out viewings, did not insist on a price drop like others keen on just making a sale, relaunched with greater attention to detail, these guys know the area incredibly well and we were getting offers in a few months. Very responsive, friendly and genuinely wanting you to get your place sold at a good price.. start to finish they were great. Reasonably priced with exceptional service... 3 flats in my complex sold not long after switching to Hamptons, all 3 were stagnating with other agents... I just wanted to rate Azal from Hamptons Esher top marks for her work regarding our rental. She was extremely professional and responsive. Not only did she find the perfect tenants but she had back up options also. She continued to hand hold through out the process including assisting with the exiting and support with the new tenants. Hamptons were one of a small selection of estate agents that we considered before putting our house on the market. We were impressed with team at Hamptons and in Particular with Vicky Miles who had a prior experience and success of selling a similar property in the road. Vicky was confident that she could also be successful with the sale of Cornwall House. She was excellent from start to finish, always available and quick to communicate and extremely helpful and flexible for us - who were very demanding Clients! Selling a home and moving can be very stressful but she was on it from day helping us, nothing was too much to ask. The process was dealt with professionally and efficiently and she was always there to answer any of our questions and concerns. We were very impressed with the speed of the whole sale process and we were able to move to our new home very quickly as a result of the excellent service with Vicky and the team at Hamptons of Esher handling our sale.

Would assign zero stars, if I could. My husband was renting a new-build property but due to a water pipe leakage the ground floor apartments have all been evacuated. He cannot get ahold of anyone in this estate agents and has been told it’s impossible due to tonight’s Christmas party. Husband is scrambling around trying to book hotels while he awaits any type of response from this bunch of idiots.
