Myself and my partner are first time buyers looking for our first property. This is been such an exciting process, and the lovely Mia from Redhill's Gascoigne-Pees has made it even more wonderful. From the moment I first called in to book viewings, her sparkling friendly personality has shone through and she shared in our excitement to be looking for our dream home. Obviously it is quite a big decision and a large commitment, so we are so appreciative of the time Mia took to get to know what we wanted, what we were avoiding and what about the properties we picked that made us choose them. That meant that she was able to suggest some others that we hadn't come across, in the same area, for the same price range and with the same general feel as the others. This meant that our top 3 properties are now all ones held with GP! This has been great, since we know that whatever property we end up going with, we're going to have Mia's fantastic support behind us. I am so impressed by her ability to show off the best bits of the properties whilst explaining things so clearly. I truly trust that she has our best interests in mind and is just as psyched to look for our first property as we are! She is an absolute credit to the business, and I am looking forward to working with her to get the keys to our new home.

GoogleGascoigne Pees were brilliant from start to finish with our somewhat elongated property sale (in no part down to Gascoigne Pees I should mention!) Phillip Bullman was the agent we conducted business with primarily and he was always friendly, helpful and professional with advice and assistance throughout. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to sell. Thankyou everyone who worked so hard to get this over the line and am sure I will use them again for any future property transactions which may arise.

TrustpilotHarassment, Alarm & Distress Caused - Spamming Cowboys
I went through Get Agent which was my first big mistake… they gave my details to Gascoigne Pees who called me within minutes. I explained that I wasn’t looking at a valuation or selling my house for at least 3-6 months and to ‘stand down’… I’ve been called every day or every other day since, and when I don’t answer the phone, they don’t leave a message and when you call back it doesn’t go through to the branch only to the head office. I asked my details to be removed from their system but I’ve still had daily calls from them, even when on the phone to their head office to make a complaint, I was called again by their branch. I have since had 4 spam calls from other estate agents with details sent to GetAgent with my phone number and a fake email address that Get Agent are tracing using the IP address from the fake email due to a breaking of GDPR rules. Yet to be proven but seems a coincidence that after having an argument with someone at Gascoigne Pees about harassment and spam calls from them, that my details have been sent out to estate agents in Coventry, Stoke-On-Trent, Nottingham and Leeds… Would never sell my house through GP and trust them with any personal details..

GoogleAs a first time buyer I viewed quite a few properties with different agencies and found that some were quite dismissive as I was looking at the lower end of the price range. Andrew at Gascoigne Pees was so friendly and helpful I wanted to find my property through him. He gave me several options to consider, going out of his way to understand what I wanted and get me viewings ASAP. He was very professional and responsive, keeping in touch and making me feel supported throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him - if I buy again I will be in contact!

GoogleTom stuck at it through a long and obstacle-ridden purchasing process. Couldn’t fault his communication and attention to detail throughout, which made the whole thing somewhat easier to stomach because we were left feeling like we at least had the full picture. When crunch time came, he was all over the solicitors and upstream chain reference exchange of contracts. Having now reached that crucial stage, I couldn’t recommend the GP branch in Esher highly enough.

GoogleExtremely happy with the service received by Philip, Toby and the team at Gascoigne-Pees. After initially listing my property for sale using Purple Bricks, I switched this to Gascoigne-Pees after being left disappointed with the service from Purple Bricks and it was the best decision I made. The increase in the quality of service received was more than I could have expected. As well as this, I purchased my new property through Gascoigne-Pees and the chain was managed very well by the team with consistent updates and info on the process at all stages. Overall we were extremely pleased and are now in our new home!
