TrustpilotI tried Cleverly because I don’t like…paying high commissions
I tried Cleverly because I don’t like to pay 3% commissions to both agents. You still will have to pay the buyers agent 3%; but I saved a lot with mine. I also got top notch full service. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

TrustpilotMixed Feelings on this concept
Not sure the realtor actually wanted to be engaged with the flat rate fee. I assumed Clever had their own real estate agents but apparently not.
Thank you for taking the time to write us a review Charlotte! We do have a team of licensed agents, but it'd be near impossible for us to hire our own agents in every city, so Clever partners with top local agents across the country from name brand brokerages (Keller Williams, Century 21, and RE/MAX just to name a few) and top-rated local brokerages. When sellers like you come through Clever, these agents work under our really competitive commission model. We apologize for any confusion. We will reach out to your Partner Agent and make sure they are still excited about working with Clever Sellers like you. We're so glad you were able to sell your home and save thousands on commission. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist in your home buying or selling needs!

Excellent QUALITY of realtors they provided!! I hired one of your agents. She was fantastic. Chris Faircloth listed and sold my house in a matter of weeks when it had been sitting for a year. She sells between 30 to 50 homes per year. She is great!!! Best realtor I have met in 20 years!!!Mary

Clever Real Estate itself is great but the agent was little pushy and didn't want to put effort or time; I didn't feel like she wanted to help me to get what my house was really worth. I will definitely use Clever real estate again but I just have to be more cautious with agent.
