They only do something when it is going to make them money, and the repairs department do not appear to shop round for a good price, after them telling us right back at the start that that was what they were there for. They almost lost us a tenant do to bad management of a boiler repair. I would never use there services again.

Extremely unprofessional. My offer was accepted by the agency. Requested property is removed from the market but it was marked as "Sold STC". A week later I recieved a call to say vendor has received a higher offer. Within 24 hours the property had been removed from the market. No duty of care whatsoever and discriminatory treatment. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

All the staff were excellent. My move was complicated as a chain of 6. I felt informed all the way, the staff were very empathetic and explained all the solicitors technical terms to me very well. I bought from Burchell Edwards. Next time I will definately sell with them!!

Refusal to remove me off tenancy with numerous emails sent and speaking over the telephone recently and the manager saying I wouldn't be charged to remove me off the tenacy. They want £240 to remove me off the tenancy now after so many calls and emails. This is a joke. I have it all copied in writing!!

Sent several emails and calls requesting to book a viewing with the Ilkeston office. I received no calls or emails back until a week later where they called me asking if I was interested in any properties. I asked about the one I'd saw originally and they then said it was let the day before I called! Avoid!

Great service from Tom and Emily at the Castle Bromwich branch. We had been looking to rent somewhere new for almost a year and this was the first really good experience we had. Communication was brilliant and everything was done in a timely manor. We’re now happily settled in our new home.

Be warned, for such a large company they are totally incompetent. Currently going through a GDPR complaint due to their lack of care. Seems to be a problem in lots of branches so obviously a company issue not just with the branch we dealt with.

Extremely poor service, complete incompetence, felt blackmailed in to using their services otherwise they wouldn’t submit my offer, never returned any calls, 2 weeks on going and I still haven’t been updated if the property is mine or not, will pull out just based on there lack of service- avoid at all costs !!!

GoogleGreat service from Burchell Edwards. Amber dealt with out rental application promptly, met us at the property and handled the negotiations with the landlord extremely well. Thank you for helping us to sort what was becoming a stressful situation.
