GoogleMr. Morgan Borrell came to the property to let us view it. He was at the property before the appointment time and we did not have to wait for him at all. Mr Borrell was very polite, courteous and he, very kindly, answered all our queries. He was smartly attired and 'customer focused' in his manners. We feel grateful to him for all his help.

Cheryl and Ria was absolutely fantastic from the personal agent in Epsom, Cheryl showed me and my daughter around the amazing home we now live in and she went the extra mile for us as we faced some personal hurdles and Cheryl made it all happen and was back abd forth to the landlord for us... Lovely abd bubbly and always such a pleasure to speak with, on the day of collecting keys Ria also a big pleasure to deal with and was very happy for me and my daughter... I have been very impressed with the first-class service that Director, Richard Digance and his team at The Personal Agent in the Epsom Sales Team have provided since day ONE! Within a week they had my home photographed, filmed, on the market and offers in after numerous viewings. I couldn’t be happier with the speed in the results and the staff’s efficiency, particularly from Sue Boardman who has been very helpful on a day-to-day basis. They have been so easy to work with too which has made my life much easier through such a big move. Thanks to All!

GoogleA really nice estate agent. Have been in contact with Personal Agent for a while during our house hunt and they really understand our needs, only sending us properties in the style that we like. They're never pushy which is just a breath of fresh air and do always seem to just work with the best houses. I'm confident we'll find our first home through these guys but even if we don't I wanted to give them a shout out.

Michelle Hobbs at The Personal Agent continues to be an excellent manager for our residential property in Epsom. We have received great service for more than 4 years now. Administration and communication are always timely and complete, she resolves issues quickly keeping both tenant and owners very happy. Her diligence led to her recently spotting a concern with a border wall during a regular inspection. She has been fantastic in delivering a solution, from helping find a builder, getting quotes, to liaising with neighbors it all went very smoothly thanks to her approach. I would certainly recommend Michelle and the team!

I have just purchased a flat through the personal agent . When I visited the flat for the first time I was introduced to Tom Iddenden and he remained my contact throughout the process. Tom was friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed into buying and I felt he was honest and allowed me as long as I needed at the property. He was great with communications and answered every email almost immediately and always phoned me back, he also kept communications open between the seller and myself so we were both kept constantly updated. I couldn’t have had a better experience and recommend them 100%

I would like to start saying I have almost never had good experiences with state agents. I find that they often lie, push you over and will put their interest over anything. I did not feel that this was the case with the people I encountered at The Personal Agent. Perhaps is a great thing that they seem to be local people selling within their area. So if you are looking for a human touch and an approachable team, this could be the place. I hope other big names will take example and change their ways.

We've got experience of the Personal Agent as both buyers and sellers. From start to finish, everything has been in very capable hands. We've been given honest feedback whenever it was sought, given a wonderful service when trying to sell and find another home, and once everything was firmed up, Chris and Sarah were amazing for pushing it through to exchange, despite a number of hiccups. They've not just offered a personal service but have gone above and beyond on a number of occasions. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

Being first time buyers, we haven’t had much experience with estate agents. We’ve tried all the diferent ones and Personal Agent is our top one. Their staff is always highly professional and knowledable but not too pushy unlike other agencies. Our favourite agent is Kristine who is very much understanding of our needs, extremely positive person, very kind and always perfectly knowledgable about the proterty and its location. We are very particular as to what we are looking for and she Kristine has been extremely patient with is. Definitely recomend!

Had such a pleasant experience working with Connor and the team. Helpful at every step of the way and were able to answer my questions swiftly and confidently. They also put me in touch with the landlord who is really quite lovely! Compared to other letting agencies in the area (and I was in touch with basically all of them), they're above the rest. The only bit of information I wish I could have been able to achieve was the flat dimensions from when I was ordering furniture. Apart from that, gold stars all around.

I would thoroughly recommend the Personal Agent office in Banstead. Estate Agents in general have a very bad reputation. However I honestly found the people who worked at Personal Agent to be incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were very friendly, very approachable, very honest and always very professional. I couldn't fault them. From the day we instructed them until the day we moved out they provided a first class service. The details and photographs about our house were excellent and showed our house to its full potential. They continually kept in touch with us and always gave us feed back after a viewing. After a very short time when we had an offer on our house they liaised with us and the buyer extremely well and kept both parties in the picture as to what was happening. On the day that we moved out Tom turned up to wish us well in our new house. I personally could not recommend Richard and the team at Personal Agent in Banstead highly enough.

GoogleI have had the worst experience with these estate agents and I have worked with a few over the years. They have no system, they don’t keep track of their listings/viewings and don’t communicate any information. We enquired about a number of properties with them and they didn’t get back to us on 2 out of 3 of them at all. They failed to turn up to the one viewing they arranged for us and didn’t bother to communicate that the property has since gone under offer. Terribly unprofessional company and I will do my best to avoid them in the future.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We were extremely disappointed to receive your one star review and apologise if you feel we have failed in our duty of care. All viewings arranged are sent an email and a text message when they are confirmed and neither appear to have been sent to you. Furthermore we have listened to the recorded telephone conversation between yourself and our colleague and she quite clearly states she would need to check with the tenant in the property and would email you once it had been confirmed. We admit there were failings on our part but we called you back within 15minutes twice on the 17th January 2022, both times in an effort to arrange some viewings. Regrettably the properties you enquired about have now been sold and the property market is moving extremely quickly, however we will review the systems and procedures we have in place to ensure this does not happen again. We sincerely apologise once again and hope that we will be able to assist you again in the future.
