GoogleRecently I sold a house through John Thoma Estate Agents
• I was very pleased with the friendly and professional service that I received from both John and Matthew.
• Their marketing generated a lot of interest in the property, and I received an acceptable offer not long after the house went on the market
• They maintained a proactive approach to ensure that the sale moved forward to Completion as quickly as possible.
• If I was selling (or buying) another property in the area I would not hesitate to use John and Matthew's services again.

GoogleJohn represented the seller, I was buying, but I found myself going to him for advice on everything, because he is both extremely competent and very helpful. He is an incredibly decent, charming man, as well as being honest and fair. The best estate agent I have dealt with, by some distance. His colleague Matthew is also praiseworthy.

GoogleI haven't used their services as an estate agent, but I'm not impressed with the incredibly intrusive pictures taken by drone of my property whilst they were trying to sell my neighbours house. I asked John Thoma if they have used a registered CAA pilot enabling them to take aerial photography, but he hasn't had the courtesy to respond. Which makes me suspect the drones are being used illegally. "John Thomas".

GoogleJohn, Lewis, Matthew and the rest of the team made selling my house such a pleasant experience. Even in the most difficult of markets they carefully navigated and negotiated to completion with a smile and good sense of humour which really helps eliminate the stress of selling a house. Forever grateful 🙏 …

GoogleWe were looking to buy a property for last few years in Chigwell, we told John about our budget and our requirements. Like his company name, he provided us bespoke service throughout. He and his team were extremely helpful during the purchase of our property, this was at a time of great uncertainty due to covid. They ensured we were kept informed through-out the process to enable a smooth transition between us and the sellers. Now, we have also rented out one of our property through them, and again John, Mathew and Charlotte all are extremely helpful. Plus a super friendly team! Highly recommended.
