Would avoid at all costs

Would avoid at all costs. Over price your house then encourage you to drop the price after a week when it has no interest.Constantly say they’re emailing and calling potential buyers, when the website statistics say different. Everything is done at a snails pace. After we switched estate agents they left the house up for sale in the window for 3 weeks even though we weren’t selling with them anymore… that’s how absent minded they are. If you want a stress free and smooth sale go with Temme English. If you want to sell your house for £20k less than it’s worth go with Alex at Douglas Allen.

I have just sold my flat after trying unsuccessfully with another agent. Steve from Douglas Allen was confidant he could help and showed me evidence of many local sales the branch had achieved.
