GoogleTerrible letting agent. Basic works in the house went undone for 2 years despite multiple calls and emails. When we left they refused to reply to the TDS about the deposit which just dragged out the wait. The TDS paid eventually as Montgomery Finlay couldn't be bothered to reply to the request to get the deposit. Will never deal with againNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleRecently sold our house through Montgomery Finlay & Co, we dealt mainly with Nick. We found him extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of our sale. I think the quality of the photo's really helped the quick sale of our property. I would certainly use them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

GoogleThe team were very helpful in the sale of our house from valuation to viewings, to offers to completion. My wife and I were very happy with their levels of communication and their service was refreshing after a frustrating experience with another agent. Thanks Montgomery Finlay

GoogleInitially rather disappointed with communication. Had a survey done but not very forthcoming with information. However, I had a second survey for another property and was dealt with by Terry. He was incredibly helpful and communication was brilliant! Thanks very much for all you've done.
