GoogleWe have bought and sold houses with Montgomery Finlay and have to say they are the best around. Very professional photos and drone footage of our home. Nick Finlay is so helpful and gives you lots of information and feedback. I would highly recommend them when it comes to buying or selling a house.

GoogleTerrible to rent from we lived in a house full of mould that we were renting our bathroom had cracked tiles and a sinking bath due to the mould which nobody would fix once we reported yet when we moved out they tried to keep our deposit.. 100% do not recommend there was mushroom growing in our house which we were basically told to fix ourself

From the very first point of contact through the whole process we found everyone friendly, honest and very informative, could not have done anymore for us, their service really is A*****. GoogleExtremely disappointed by the lack of communication from such a well known and supposedly well rated business. Contacted them for 3 rental properties so far that they had posted. Completed applications. Attempted to make viewings. Got no email replies. When i phoned i was rudely spoken to down the phone by someone unable to answer any questions I had, kept telling me they would pass my message on to another member of staff. Never recieved another call back. Left me for 2 weeks waiting to view a property when they kept saying they get the keys tomorrow then went to view it and showed me a different property that I wasn’t interested in because they still “didn’t have the keys” I had turned down other properties holding out for this one in particular because of its location and now I have been left with nothing coming up to Christmas. Extremely disappointed. Would never recommend this business to anyone.
